Terrible service at the papa johns here in Augusta GA didn't get my pizza til almost two hours later delivery driver lied about knocking on my hotel door, calling my phone, and leaving it in the lobby with the hotel manage. they came out at 10:55 pm I ordered at 9:00 pm the crazy part i left a tip when I first ordered. Never again will I get papa johns pizza delivered from this place.

They must be short on toppings, ordered 2 large pizzas today, only one slice has Bellpepper, no Bellpepper on other slices and hardly any toppings, won't be coming back here and do not recommend this place

I hate to be that guy. If you work there , it's not personal.1st off I respect fast food workers. I've worked everything from fast food, moving heavy furniture (which wore down my back) ,to customer service call centers. I also try to treat others the way I want to be treated because I believe in karma.Onto the review.I ordered online on my phone and had payment issues. Should have took it as a warning lol. The works and a free cookie cake as a late birthday gift. I like papajohns because it's healthier and fresher ingredients. I never had ordering problems with them. I get my stuff , confident in them.Get to my room and it was thin crust. I hate thin crust!!! I call and spoke with the manager, and he assured me 20 minutes my replacement pizza would be delivered.I couldn't walk it back due to worn out lumbar regions cartilage, imagine bone rubbing against bone. I can barely walk without being heavily medicated on hydrocodone. I also have pinched nerve damage. So I'm very grateful they delivered the pizza to my room. It's just that it took almost 2 hours to get my regular crust the works. Due to it taking so long I couldn't take my meds as planned. I picked the pizza up around 8:02pm, I got my replacement pizza around 9:24pm. That's bad.

Made a special order with extra toppings never received it and all my toppings were in the certain of pizza. Other then that guy at register was nice.

Unprofessional and slow. Ordered and they said it would be delivered in like 45 minutes. The app and website kept showing no update as if they were still making it. Called then all of a sudden they said the driver was on the way with the pizza. The automated system said it would be 33 minutes before my pizza was done which mean she lied, so I called for a third time then she said “oh yeah he’s leaving now”. That was lunch for my kids before my son’s karate class. They continue to drop the ball and honestly this is the worst location in Augusta. I ended up getting a refund because that’s ridiculous and unprofessional. Basically waited for literally two hours in total for one large pizza. Employees lack communication amongst each other and honesty when talking to customers. Don’t go to this location save your money and go somewhere else.

They dumped 4-5 packets of Garlic Sauce on my mom’s breadsticks today. It is really hard for those garlic packets to leak and I don’t think it leaked. I believe it was opened and poured on there. Table cloth and car seat smell like garlic. We won’t buy anything from this location actually EVER again.

Horrible experience tonight. Ordered at 5:20. Was quoted 6:15 delivery time. Around 6:30 I had to call FIFTEEN times to get through to someone and the guy who answered was extremely rude when I inquired about my food and said it was im the oven! At 6:30! Then proceeded to say he had 90 other pizzas...what do I want him to do about it! I'm very understanding cause I work food and beverage but customer service skills should be a basic. Extremely rude. Then the pizza did not arrive till after 7:30. 2 hours! Never again. At least quote the right time so people have the option of wanting to wait that long. And the Twix bites were cold and hard. Extremely disappointed.
