Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered delivery on Friday 12/19. Food was delivered through DoorDash after an hour and a half wait. Food arrived cold, soggy and nearly inedible. Very underwhelming.

I don’t normally give reviews but this is the third time that I’ve had a bad experience with this location. I ordered pizza on the app and received the pizza a little over an hour later. It was room temperature. I had to heat it up in order to eat it. It was also not completely cooked. It was a bit doughy. It was cut haphazardly as well. I don’t recommend this location.

Great pizza! Only complaint i usually have is they cant cut a pizza to save their lives. Always hot a fresh. The staff is super nice. They stay busy so they kinda need a bigger area to pick up your pizza.

The lack of cheese on this pizza is not up to the Papa John's standard. We ate it, but it should have never left the kitchen. Either poor quality control, or their skimping on cheese to save costs.

Ordered Well Done pizza -see photo- It was Undercooked. The Cheese wasn’t melted, the veggies were not cooked and the dough was raw!! And it was cold in the middle.
I had to Re-cook in my home oven for 15-20 minutes just to make it edible!! Papa John’s = Fail - The reason I ordered was so I would not have to cook!

Understandably busy today, but the staff was rude and completed my order even though it was going to be another 45 minutes after the scheduled pick time before it was ready.

Customer pays. Waits 25 min. Shows up. Told it’ll be another 45 minutes. Says okay, I’ll run home. Staff completes order. Cycle time really that important?

I ordered a pepperoni pizza on the app and got home with a cheese pizza. The label on the box literally said pepperoni. Ruined my Gameday meal that I was getting for other people.

THE Foreign Call Center is the reason I am done with Papa Johns. Tried to order could not understand what they were saying. Kept ask them to repeat themselves. Hung up call Little Caesars Someone in the store took the order! Tried to call the complaint line guess what? DONE never again.

I received an order that was not what I requested. I call Fury’s Ferry Rd Martinez, Ga to get the correct order. Someone finally answered the phone I told him why I was calling he asked me to hold. After being on hold for over 8 minutes my daughter called and was answered in 1 minute. As she was explaining how long I have been holding, still waiting for someone to get back on the phone with me, and telling we wanted our pizza and a refund he hung up on her and finally after more than 10 minutes he got on phone to tell me they were redoing my order. I told him I wanted the pizza and a refund he hung up on me. NOT GOOD business. We have been ordering from this store since they opened like 10 years ago. SO NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I will be at this store when they open in the morning!!!!

I just had the most soggy, if there’s a such thing as a pizza being damn near raw. The bottom/ dough was way too soft. Very disappointed with Papa John’s Fury’s Ferry, Martinez, GA.

Nice establishment, always looks clean, but the customer service could use some improving. When I walked in and asked for the order for delivery, I was informed that it was on the way out of the oven. Well, 7 minutes later I see pizzas be adding to the rack and when I asked if the order I was there for was ready, in hope that one of those pizzas were the one, a pudgy, curly-haired pizza maker became agitated, mumbling obscenities under his breath and complaining. I was not rude, I just asked a simple question. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude was uncalled for.

So friday mar 29 about 315 pm, i arrive to pick up an online order. I approach counter and a female employee asks what i need, already has a pissy attitude as soon as i walk in the door. I say i placed an order online about 25 minutes ago and am here to pick it up. We have been ordering on the app for years. First time since we moved here. No one in store, only one order on rack. Mine. I give her my name. She checks the order and says simply we dont have it, then stares at me like im stupid. I show her the confirmation email, turns out it was under my wifes name. Question: you have one order, person arrives to pick up order. Instead of trying to figure it out, just say...we dont have it, again in a pissed off tone and attitude. I mean, really. Im not perfect but a little common sense goes a long way. Work with me papa johns, ive been your customer for over 30 years.
