I just had the most soggy, if there’s a such thing as a pizza being damn near raw. The bottom/ dough was way too soft. Very disappointed with Papa John’s Fury’s Ferry, Martinez, GA.

Nice establishment, always looks clean, but the customer service could use some improving. When I walked in and asked for the order for delivery, I was informed that it was on the way out of the oven. Well, 7 minutes later I see pizzas be adding to the rack and when I asked if the order I was there for was ready, in hope that one of those pizzas were the one, a pudgy, curly-haired pizza maker became agitated, mumbling obscenities under his breath and complaining. I was not rude, I just asked a simple question. Maybe he was having a bad day, but his attitude was uncalled for.

So friday mar 29 about 315 pm, i arrive to pick up an online order. I approach counter and a female employee asks what i need, already has a pissy attitude as soon as i walk in the door. I say i placed an order online about 25 minutes ago and am here to pick it up. We have been ordering on the app for years. First time since we moved here. No one in store, only one order on rack. Mine. I give her my name. She checks the order and says simply we dont have it, then stares at me like im stupid. I show her the confirmation email, turns out it was under my wifes name. Question: you have one order, person arrives to pick up order. Instead of trying to figure it out, just say...we dont have it, again in a pissed off tone and attitude. I mean, really. Im not perfect but a little common sense goes a long way. Work with me papa johns, ive been your customer for over 30 years.

After our large order for the end of class party chaos(cold pizza, stingy toppings) we stopped ordering from here. Wings were probably half the size, and a couple of pieces were extremely overcooked and dry-they didn’t even have much meat on it. My teen placed an order of Philly Cheesesteak, I see maybe two pieces of bell pepper and stingy toppings again, too much sauce on the dough maybe to make up for the toppings(we ordered normal sauce) it made pizza look like some spilled soup mess. It is so greasy you cannot pick up the slice without oil dripping. We started ordering Marcos and they are way better when it comes to quality of pizza. They were never stingy with toppings so far. Papa John’s used to be our family’s favorite. Do something about it otherwise you will lose so much business.
Pizza is very late in delivery...cold pizza. I called and the person answering the phone very sternly said, "mam, your pizza is coming out of the over now. I responded, your tracking shows it's delayed due to another delivery. Again, mam, it's being boxed now." Clearly they don't know what's going on there. NEVER ordering from them again!

I just listened to my grandpa order a carryout pizza from this place and the young man on the phone was extremely rude. My grandpa was extremely polite and always said thank you even after getting disrespected by the guy. Two separate phone calls and the guy had an attitude both times, for no reason. Ambiance in the place is good and so is the pizza. This is the first bad worker I've seen and heard, they're usually nice.

I used the app as we often do and again one of our pizzas was AWFUL. It had very little cheese, it was supposed to be extra cheese. Also the jalapeños, black olives and tomatoes were tossed on top like an after thought and fell off when you picked up the pizza. It looked like it was made 4 hours prior to the order and was cold. We have had more problems in the past 2 years than anyone should and are done with Papa John’s. I have called before and they hear me but nothing is done and they aren’t listening. So, my advice would be to order pizza somewhere else.

Ordered "The Works" on Wednesday afternoon and, honestly it was not full of toppings. Very disappointed. The lady that took my payment,was not even ,hello ,how are you. Will not go back again. Very disappointed.
