I'm trying to figure out why they increased by $1, yet they're not filling the cups at all. It's like they're leaving space to add creamer to coffee or something. We went yesterday 4/22/24.Also, the service is always..weird.or off-putting.

I love this place, but today we waited outside for over 15 minutes while it seemed that only one employee was working, and she was only working the drive thru, and moving so slow that we finally decided to leave…it would’ve been another 15 minutes before we were even waited on. 😢

The first time we visited it was wonderful! (We were served by a wonderful young woman with a snow cone tattoo)The subsequent two visits I feel as though we’ve been cheated on the amount of syrup; it just seems lacking of flavor. Today my husband got about 1/4 into his snowball to a chunk of plain shaved ice. Disappointing to say the least
