The first time we visited it was wonderful! (We were served by a wonderful young woman with a snow cone tattoo)The subsequent two visits I feel as though we’ve been cheated on the amount of syrup; it just seems lacking of flavor. Today my husband got about 1/4 into his snowball to a chunk of plain shaved ice. Disappointing to say the least

Not the greatest experience ladies were respectful and nice to us. But the male employee wasn't as friendly especially to my 2 year old. I asked for an extra cup so my 2 year could eat her icy still and not spill it. He gave an attitude and told me it will cost more. I'll keep this in mind next time and take my business else where.

We got a grape flavored one and it did not have any flavor at all. Worst place ever. However, we got that last year. Two weeks ago I just had to use their parking lot to check my tires.

Employees tend to be teens or young adults, buy they are always kind, respectful, and courteous. We are always greeted with a smile and our Snowballs are prepared nicely and in a timely manner. Its nice having having a Pelicans on that side of town.(We would add a photo....but we ate them all ?)
