I had tried goat biryani in persis restaurant at Panama ,FL . Which tastes so good so I kept that in mind and I ordered goat biryani from Uber eats. In Augusta persis ...oh god !! Terrible! Rice is with the red colour with full of oil and it tastes nothing.. just oil or dalda with red saffron colour rice..
The BEST Mulligatawny soup i’ve ever had! I was thrilled when the chef shared the recipe with me.
We also loved the garlic naan, raita and classic curry — we asked for vegetarian — no problem! The service is excellent. Spices perfect. And the Rupee IPA cooled my palate!😋

This is simply put the best Indian food you will ever have! I could legitimately have someone shoot me in here and still I'm not leaving until I finish the meal, it's a very nice and safe environment but I'm just saying if that did happen I'm not leaving until I'm done it's just that good!!! Not some gross bland American-ized food either like some places! Actually amazing flavors and soooooo good!

I brought my family for dinner and ordered garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, and tandoori chicken, medium spicy. It was not as spicy as I thought it would be. If you want spicy just order the spicy level as I think the definition of "medium" is up to each chef. Servings for chicken tikka masala can serve 4 average individuals if more than 1 item is ordered to share and 2 if it's the only thing also comes with white rice. Tandoori chicken comes with 4 leg quarters.

New fans! They are open on Monday night so dropped in. Attentive and patient, without being overbearing, employee helped walk me through the menu to make takeout order for family, who isn't always up for the most exotic. Everyone agreed its our new favorite Indian in Augusta. Great stuff! Will be back!

Highly recommend the Goan Curry with garlic naan bread! We also had the vegetable pakora and it was perfectly fried and we really enjoyed the two dipping sauces haha

Not an authentic Indian style food. Very much dissopointed about the food, we ordered Chittinad curry no salt but more dhaniya powder and fried rice is full of oil no taste. Not advisable for Indian food more over the funniest thing is the chef is a Spanish guy making Indian food😂. Very much disappointed

Looking for authentic (non-americanized) Indian and Indo-Asian food? This IS your restaurant! The deliciouness will leave you daydreaming about your meal....when can I return??!? They have a vast menu clearly labeled for allergies, dietary needs / restrictions and spiciness. Without a doubt, freshly prepared home cooking.
Large portions. But, go ahead and order a few different things for sampling and relish in the fact that you'll have plenty of take-away. Your co-workers will drool when they smell what you've warmed-up for lunch the next day.

My husband and I stopped by last Saturday about 20 minutes before closing to order take out. A worker, not the person taking our order, felt the need to tell us that they were closing soon so we needed to hurry and place our order. I was taken aback. I had just received the menu and hadn’t even had a chance to open it to see if they had the items I wanted to order. In my opinion, he thought we didn’t know anything about Indian food and would a long time looking at the menu. However, this was my first time trying this particular establishment, as I’ve been eating Indian food for 25 years. I’ve never been treated that way at the other Indian restaurants in Augusta.

Our first time here, heard good things about it and wanted to give it a try. I was given a free sample of a Lassi drink, it's healthy but doesn't have the best taste. The Mango Lassi was delicious and thick enough for the straw to balance on its own!
We got the Fish Vindaloo of salmon and the Lamb Curry. Both were excellent choices and so is the Garlic Naan. We asked for spicy and that's what we got, it hit the spot! I'm looking forward to the next visit.
