I have been going here for a while. Lately I have been ordering to go. Out of the last four times three of the orders were messed up. On one, the order was half right. One of the items was wrong even though the ticket was correct. Another time got home and all the toppings for the pho we ordered was missing. The third time it was missing all the sauce. I will ask them to not tie up the order until I check it next time.

I used to like coming here but the last 2 times haven't been good experiences. They always have a lot of customers so idk why they think only having one server for a two sided restaurant is adequate, especially on a rainy Saturday. Seeing a waiter struggling makes me not want to come back. Food it still good pho and banh mi, jasmine tea wasn't good.I over heard a lot of orders and it seemed like they place was out of a lot of things causing the waiter to run back and check making his job 3 times more difficult. One table they didn't have some peanut sauce for something so they had to change their order. Another person wanted a drink with coffee but they were out of coffee another table came in and ordered coffee, no coffee today. Another table came in and wanted a generic beer and the guy checked and they didn't have Michelob or something. Idk what is going on with this place but I will just go somewhere else next time.

Very friendly service, awesome food, and comfortable atmosphere. This restaurant is lovely, and I'd recommend the rare stake beef brisket ramen to anyone interested. Just consider your taste for cilantro before you order, haha 🤙🏾

For the first time, we tried the Thai Tea, Summer Roll, Egg Roll & rare steak & brisket pho bowl … all was really good! Melissa was our waitress, she answered all of our questions and was very informative. She gets a 10/10! She even helped us pack up our leftover soups and didn’t spill a drop! Definitely will go again, the Pho was perfect and gluten free, broth was heavenly, the meat was so tender.

Nice clean atmosphere. Food was good ... Waiter was a lil dry and not very fast but overall a good experience. Definitely worth trying.

This is an excellent pho place

Their broth is great, I got the beef ball soup and my husband got steak, we both loved them
Their thai tea is great and you can get it with boba
Their chili crisp on the table is really hot, so you don't need much
I highly recommend this place, I loved it

I just love the Pho here, the broth is so good! I was feeling a bit under the weather and Pho is always what I crave, it always makes me feel better! The portions are fair. My only disappointment was the egg rolls are good but they're a bit more expensive than other places and funny but...my server didn't e even know the correct pronunciation of PHO!!!!. Still it's one of my favorite places!

Pho is great here. I got the beef/brisket pho and my wife got the regular beef pho. We also got grilled pork banh mi that was great as well. Service was a little slow but it wasn’t terrible. My only complaint is that we went with a somewhat large party of 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) and they charged us an extra 20% without telling us. They don’t bring the receipt to you, you have to walk up to the register and they just tell you what you owe. I only noticed this added tip after I requested the receipt after tipping them another 15% on top of that and was wondering why it was so expensive. Besides that added tip issue, Overall it was still a good dining experience for authentic Vietnamese food.

One of my favorite places of all. I always ordered the same food and then I ordered something new. Oh my, the food was so delicious. It was my second time ordering it. The soup taste better during cold weather to just warm you up. Mainly to go orders and always a return customer. 🥰

So I took my family to include my wife, my 4 year old daughter and my 3 month old son here to eat along with our friends and their two kids. We have been here a few times to decide if we like the restaurant or not. Well to begin the Manager Richard was upset we did not acknowledge him greeting us. We most likely didn’t hear him because we were tending to our children who are rambunctious. Our friend started by asking for a spare blow to which he ask how many is needed, my wife speaks up and says two I would like one aswell and she gets ignored. Then our food comes. I have my 3 month old son in my arms I inform him as he’s setting down the hot bowl in front of me was my wife’s and he reply’s while still holding the second bow “it’ll be fine not even bothering to attest slide the bowl he just set down over and instead proceeds to place the second bowl in the wrong place, this is normally not a big deal it was the accompanying attitude. As we finish our meals my wife goes to pay. There is already a 20% gratuity added due to the size of our party. When my wife declines to give an additional tip her slams the card and walks away muttering what we heard as “rude”. How are you going to demand and extra tip when your customer service was poor? Especially since tip is automatically added for party size? Most likely will not return

The phô was pretty good but only came in one size. The calamari and egg rolls were delicious! Our server was a sweetheart and the floors were so clean they were slightly slippery. It was quiet and relaxing

:( every time I get shrimp pho the shrimp still have intact poop line, EVERY single one of them! It’s like eating poop soup at that point. I miss Pho Bac dearly. For the price for one it should’ve been at least clean
