Please Take that shredded Brussels sprout(?) nonsense out the flying pig ramen. It makes the broth bitter and it just doesn’t go together. Atmosphere is cool, but food can be better

I've been to pho ramenl three times and have been disappointed 2 out of those three times. I had the birria pho, which was really good and well done the second time I gave this place a chance since the food wasn't too good on opening week. So since my food was good the second time, I thought they improved.
The third time, I ordered birria pho again, and the broth was grainy and Gravy like. The meat was in hard chunks and didn't taste like it had marinated in the broth long enough to become tender.
The managers presence seemed to make the waiter ask my friends and I way too many times if we were good.
I don't mind them asking, but when it's every 5 minutes, it's unbearable. The manager himself seems to breathe down the necks of both the employees and customers.
The only thing I enjoyed was the fries.

Every food we ordered had a very strong booze taste to it, except the crab rangoon dip. The dip was good but everything else tasted like I was eating straight alcohol.

Dante & kwan really elevated a delightful meal with charm and helpfulness. Helped us take oyr delicious desserts home extra far and the even though we had to go the karaoke was appealing based on the great vibes.

Delish and it has karaoke ? on Thursday. A lot of talented singers. Fun, lively atmosphere. Super cool place. And you can walk thru to TACOCAT if you want to. Great service & management. Great place in Augusta.

The food was good however the service was terrible. It was a full 50 minutes before our drink order was correct. Several minutes passed before it was taken. I asked for glass with my beer, that took over 10 minutes to fetch but disappeared quick to go get it. So fast, we realized he confused pinot grigio for pinot noir. Our server tried to tell us it was correct but I cut him off to point out the obvious color difference between the two. So 50 minutes after arriving we finally had our correct drinks and were able to order. After that, the experience was average. Didn't wait too long for food, the food was hot and good. Might give them one more try ask hope I get a different server.

The restaurant was really nice. But.. they only had one option for pho(20$) and had a bunch of bones with the meat. The nachos(14$) were fridgerator cold and the cheese tasted like that canned yellow cheese. The waiter came to our table every 2 minutes and would fill our water cups after every sip. Was hard to hold a conversation. Absolutely not worth the price much better options in Augusta.

Had high expectations for this place. Seemed really nice and seemed like it had great food.
When we arrived the place was very loud. Wasn't a ton of seating and the seating made parties sit pretty close together. It wasn't what we expected, it definitely felt more casual for the price.
As for the food, the best thing we ate were the Tokyo Fries. Ate the whole bowl. They were so good, but that's just cause I love yum yum sauce.
However, when it came to our main appetizers, it was mediocre at best.
First off, they got one of our orders wrong the first time, so we had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to come out, and by that time my ramen had gotten room-temp.
I was expecting very nice and traditional ramen, but what came was rather bland. I ordered the Beef bowl, and it came out looking very tasteless.
The "ribs" in my bowl consisted of no meat and only bone, and I actually almost broke a tooth trying to take a bite, it was terrible, and the small amounts of meat that were actually in the bowl were rubbery and bland.
Not to mention the amount of spice I had to add to my bowl just for it to have any flavor. It felt like I was eating spicy water with rice noodles. Honestly felt like a waste of 20 bucks.
Honestly it mightve just been that one dish, but it was very disappointing.
Honestly, if you want good ramen I would suggest going elsewhere. The Tokyo fries were great but honestly it doesn't make up for the 40 dollars we spent for sub-par food.

So I loved this place. Chill vibe and really laid back atmosphere. There was a nice mix of people eating there from a family of 7, to one or two people at the bar having drinks, a few couples of varying ages, and people starting to trickle in for karaoke. I can't think of too many people that wouldn't be comfortable there.
The service was good. When we showed up the host was busy with another table, but instead of having to wait we were seated by the bartender, quickly. Nice touch. The server understood proper service timing - not too present, and not too distant. Overall a really good experience.
The food: i happen to love good Asian fusion, and this was some GREAT Asian fusion. Japanese style ramen noodles in a neutral Pho broth, with all the right veggies and seasonings. The pork in the Flying Pig was perfectly fatty and delicious. And the fact that there was Sriracha on the table made the experience even better. I walked away from the table with that awesome sloshy belly feeling I get when I eat too much pho too fast. It was so good .
The drinks were good. The tea service was top notch. The 4 adjective Jasmine tea was some of the best I've had, and the Plum Fashioned was a slightly sweet and Very fruity interpretation of the bourbon/syrup/bitters classic I love so much.
Final verdict: GO. My first night in Downtown Augusta was so much better because of my meal at Pho-Ramen'L.
Almost forgot: the art and decor is cool and kind of ties the room together playing off the *Asian Fusion" theme.

We had an amazing early dinner date here during the week. Makayla was our bubbly server and we really appreciated all the recommendations that she offered from the apps to the drinks. We went all out and order all 3 bao buns (the cauliflower was surprisingly our fav!!), the dumplings ( have a little bit of a spice kick and juicy), the firecracker shrimp (doesn't come with a ton, 5 pieces, but it was still delicious).
We both went the ramen route for our main entrees and it exceeded our expectations! Very flavorful and a very hefty portion in my opinion.
I also want to point out that I'm not a huge drinker and neither is my boyfriend but I love trying new cocktails. My boyfriend had the bourbon one (forgot the name) which was strong but sweet. I had the leap frog one and it was soooooo cute and well made!
Please go and give it a try! We had such a great time and can't wait to go back!
