I brought my kids here for dinner last night. The atmosphere is great, but the service and food are lacking. The menu (food) is very limited, and the food lacked flavor. There is only one item on the children’s menu- ramen with chicken (seriously, a small piece of fried chicken, noodles, and broth-that’s all).We ordered one child ramen, bao buns (pork and chicken), chicken ramen, and the crab ragoon dip.My son liked the ramen, though it was band and basic. The crab ragoon dip was not at all what I expected, and we did not like it. The bao buns were good, but a little spicier than we expected. The chicken ramen had more ingredients, but it lacked flavor as well. The broth tasted a bit greasy with no other flavors.I like the atmoaphere and wanted to live the food… but I don’t. Regardless of price (and it was pricey!), the food just isn’t worth it.

I had high expectations and was let down by this establishment. Firstly it’s called pho- ramen’l and I didn’t see any pho dishes on the menu. That’s fine, I ordered a kids ramen and it’s supposed to come with chicken in the dish and there was no chicken at all. I had to ask someone that wasn’t even my server to bring the chicken. Additionally my meal was placed before me with no eating utensils…? I had to ask separately for those too! My boyfriend ordered a sandwich and specifically asked for none of the spicy sauce. The sandwich took a while to come and when it did not only did it have the spicy sauce (my boyfriend has a spice intolerance) but it also was accompanied by a HAIR! Very disappointing. They were kind enough to remove the sandwich from the bill and replace it but that’s just too many things on top of one another. The water glasses had little floaters on them. Our boba order consisted of 90% ice. My boyfriend literally finished it in three sips. Although we were offered free dessert to compensate for the burger hair fiasco, we didn’t get to choose the dessert and you’ll never guess what they gave us… some churros with SPICY CHOCOLATE SAUCE!? At this point it’s exhausting to complain about all the disappointments but yeah this was my experience at this restaurant. Our server was nice but it’s just too many things that weren’t favorable. I’d recommend looking elsewhere for an authentic Asian cuisine experience. Oh and when my boyfriend went to pay his bill they brought his card back smudged with food stains. Disappointed to say the least :(

Not a place for me. Had 3 different dishes, and didn't like any of them. It was my first and most likely the last visit. The fution like Asian food didn't woek for me! Don't have the beef pho or the springs rolls. I hope thigs will change as this place have so much potential. ?

Amazing music, amazing food, amazing service (thanks Julianna!). The heat lamps were perfect with the spring air. The crab dip is better than an actual crab rangoon! And the pork belly so good! Great date night with my hubby!

Nice chill atmosphere, cool booth idea. We ordered two appetizers, Korean Beef Nachos were AMAZING highly recommend, the ginger wings were nice and crispy, but a little too juicy and sweet. We would’ve ordered more, but the servers got a bit confused with my mom’s Dairy/Gluten/Wheat allergy. We ordered the food, but they thankfully corrected their mistake before she started eating.Their ramen has a rice noodle option for allergies and they will specify and accommodate allergies to the best of their ability, but make sure you’re clear on what you want and need before you buy it. Otherwise, staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely coming back.

Chicken nachos and Chicken Bao buns were good, didn't really think the cauliflower Bao bun was worth it though ( 1 small piece of cauliflower).

Out of all the ramen places I've been to, this is the most expensive, and the least impressive. While everything about this place sounds promising, it's just too expensive for the quality and taste of the food you're getting. For two of us, we walked out with a $100 bill, which is fine if the food was incredible. But, it was very mid. It's a shame because this place is a great idea, but it's just not worth $100.

Pros: the drinks are amazing, the atmosphere is cool. the decorations are sick and the booths are so, so nice to sit in with great privacy from other booths! definitely would recommend the spiked boba!Cons: the food is not good. they put fried broccoli/cauliflower in the ramen, and the batter, which tasted funky, disintegrated and coated everything. there's just no way the batter was cooked all the way. there was no broth in the ramen at all, either. the chicken sandwich did not have flavor. it took a while to get seated when it was not busy, and our server disappeared, and our food/drinks took abnormally long.overall, I paid $60 for a sandwich with no flavor and ramen that left me feeling nauseous. maybe it was a one-off experience, but in my opinion, it really isn't worth it unless you're just gonna stick with drinks. or maybe go at dinner, maybe it's better at dinner than at lunch.

Food was very very VERY bland. I don’t understand this type of Ramen…. Very untraditional… could’ve been executed better. Drink was good. For two people, $80 was spent. Not worth it at all.

It has a very nice vibe and atmosphere and great service but the food was not the best. Everything has an unnecessary twist to it. But everything else was great if you don’t mind the hipster-y-ness of the food.

Located on Broad, this fusion styled restaurant presents fantastic curb appeal and even better interior atmosphere (if a little dark). The retro 80s music paired well with the Tokyo pop/funk feel. The staff was quick, pleasant, and accommodating. The small plates (cauliflower bang bang and chicken dumplings) were well prepared and enjoyable. The bao buns (pork belly and fried chicken in my case), however, did not live up to the rest of the experience. Given the entirety of the experience, I think it's fair to chalk them up to a potential fluke without much negativity and order them again next time.Be prepared for the same parking issues as every location downtown.Definitely give them a try next time you're hungry and downtown. I'll be going for the ramen next time ?

Absolute horrible experienceWe went during a busy night, and with some outdoor seating available. The server for that section seated us, saying this was his section. He quickly seated us, took our drink order and got an appetizer order. We had the crab dip, the server bringing out the food stated that it was very hot. It was boiling and burnt. Had literally no taste. We waited for the the server to come back and take our entree order.....he never came. Realizing that maybe he was busy, we waited and waited.... he was no where to be found. After 30-45 mins he came back and asked if we needed more time to decide, we literally were done.We asked for the check, to which he TOOK OUR DRINKS AND PLATES and walked off to get the check. While obvious grace id given to wait staff that busts their tales during busy periods, and having waited tables and tended bar, I've never seen such a disgrace. The waiter couldn't care less, and is causing the business to lose money. We took our hard earned money to another establishment and had a wonderful dinner.
