I came to this place on a whim. However, I'm glad I ate here. I was a bit surprised by the large portions of food. I had to take some of it home. Good service and delicious food. You should check this place out if you're near the Augusta area.

We really wanted to love this place, as there are so few options for Bahn mi and pho in Augusta. The first time we went, they were very busy and out of the Bahn mi. This time we called first, specifically asked if they had it, were told they did, and were displeased to hear they haven't offered this menu item in months. Sadly, I think this is the last time we'll be back. We'll go spend our money somewhere that isn't lying to get people in. 2 stars because the Pho is still decent and service has been attentive.

I went to Pho Viet on 12/27 and the service was really horrible. This young lady, that I have not seen before, I think her name on the receipt is Vi. All of my family got the food but mine, and this waitress never said why it’ was delayed. All of my family had almost finishing their dinner so I told her if my food had not started just go ahead cancel my food. I didn’t want to eat by my self after everyone had finished. This waitress didn’t care and never refilled the water until another waiter, who is working there for sometimes, told her to refill my husband’s drink. She was too busy to talk to with one of other waitress and never cared about our table because she knew she would get the tips 20% automatically with our bills since our table was more than 6 people. Lastly, we had to wait for the check for long time, even when I went to the cash register and she told me to go back to my table and wait until the receipt was ready. I don’t think I will ever go back to this restaurant again. Again service was terrible.

Wow just wow, this is by far the best pho spot that I have had; and I’m married to a Vietnamese man and have had his grandma’s authentic pho. Nothing, NOTHING beats pho from this place. Every time I come here and order pho, it’s just as good as the last time. My husband and I even came here 3x in one week. I cannot say it enough how good the pho here is. My husband wants to try other pho spots but I have no interest in doing so because I’ve found the best one. We have brought friends here numerous times and they even agree it’s the best they have had. We have ventured out to try other things on the menu and have yet to find something we don’t like. You WILL NOT regret eating here!
