I just moved here, and I’ve never been so disappointed by the pizza here… does anyone know how to read? I almost laugh when I look at my receipt vs. what’s been prepared and in the box…. Not sure why the employees don’t open the pizza box in front of the customer, so you can see if your pizza is correct, as they do at Papa John’s… come on, Pizza Hut… step it up!!

I received my CHEESE pizza without cheese. Spoke to someone to replace the order, doordash tried to make me pay for the remake. My remade pizza did not have any sauce on it. Call center was very unprofessional. Restaurant did not want to assist me. I was going back and forth for a simple fix.

Online delivery late twice and the number you call is not the store number. Today order was confirmed, account deducted the cost but they can’t locate my order or contact the store it was placed with or the driver!!!

This evening, order was placed on the website. 2 med. Specialty pizzas $32.00. Order placed 7:42p.m.-Est.time delivery 8:22p.m. Epic fail! Started inquiry around 9:13p.m. (I called) phone answer per store associate. I explained that my order was being stolen and I was tracking it in real time. It was on the other side of town being stolen. The associate stated that the order was picked up via door dash and contact them. A manager was requested. And then the associate hung up the phone. A second call to the pizza hut. The same associate answered. I explained the same situation and requested a refund. Suddenly an offer to remake the pizzas, and could be picked up. ALL OF A SUDDEN,a knock at the door it's the pizzas. The "new" not yet confirmed. So the doordash driver was at the door saying this is the new order. The food was Luke warm for the "remakes". The dinner was ruined because the foundation of trust was broken on both ends. Doordash and pizza hut. Accountability. Don't order here. Tampering and playing with people's food. Not a good thing.

Customer Service has much to desired! Very long wait. Several customers that had placed an order left.
I placed my order and then I was told to download the app. The Pizza I ordered had a coupon for $10. off. Because it was rung up at the regular price instead of paying $12. I paid $24 The Manager said he would not honor my coupon! We all know that he has refunded people for the exact same thing! I guess he didn't feel like it!
The girl taking orders, no smile, nothing. I won't visit that Pizza Hut. I had a couple of extra dollars (I haven't worked since September 27th from the Hurricane) the discount would of really helped! ‼️‼️ By the way I asked for a packet, 1 packet of red pepper flakes she said 25 cents ‼️‼️ are you kidding me. How many times have they given a packet of red pepper flakes or parmesan and we're never charged. Luckily I wasn't someone shopping that store to make sure every patron is treated fairly. That particular store would have failed.
The Washington Rd Pizza Hut doesn't charge and very kind. They understand that competition is everywhere and little things like that can ruin a reputation ?
