Almost everytime I order from this particular store, my order is incorrect. I request extra sauce and get less than the regular amount of sauce on my pizza. The only reason I purchase from here is because my son likes Pizza Hut. Ive even spoke with a manager about this issue and was never offered a remake. Instead she said she'd reiterate to staff to pay attention to special directions. That mustve went in one ear and out the other. The service is always fast because theyre not paying attention to the order. It doesnt take much to add extra sauce to a pizza.

The best pizza I’ve eaten in a very long time . The lady that answered the phone was very polite and professional . When my food arrived it was fresh and hot . The best French Fries too . The food was delivered on time and the delivery person was very nice . I’ll order again soon .

Both ordered pizza from here as well as ate with some friends here seven years ago when I was still a student at Augusta University. I still remember being surprised when they had a buffet option available even though the buffet option in many other Pizza Hut places I knew at the time had been completely phased out. What they had available at the buffet turned out to be delicious and amazing much better than pizza you would find in other buffet restaurants. Pizza to go was also good with nothing being under- or overcooked. Overall great service and experiences during my time at this Pizza Hut location.

My cinnabons were severely undercooked and it caused my 5 year old son to have a tummy ach and bad diarrhea. I tried contacting them but was ignored. Contemplating taking legal action now.

I scheduled pizza to be delivered at 10:30pm at 7:45pm. At 11:00pm my order was “canceled”. When I called the store they said it was likely that door dash had stolen my pizza because it had been picked up. They said they would remake my food and would have one of the Pizza Hut employees deliver it and to give them about 30 minutes. My pizza arrived at 12:20am. At 12:40am the delivery driver called me and said she needed my card information given to her over the phone because she “couldn’t see where I tipped her” she then handed the phone to another coworker who ended up after minutes of confusion telling me she actually couldn’t do anything about it anyway because the store had already closed. I tipped $7-8 when I placed my order I don’t know who received it. The door dash driver who stole my food? To have a Pizza Hut employee call me at almost 1am and ask where their tip was and for my credit card information after my food was delivered 2 hours past the time it was supposed to be delivered has to be the most ridiculous and worst customer service I can imagine. It also makes me wonder if they were attempting to scam me.
