Brenda is the worst manager at the tobacco rd location this store has ever had! I have never encountered such a rude unfriendly uncouth human being in my life. She has the listening skills of a rock! What was promised to me was not given and on top of that we got stuck with an order that was not correct! They hung up on me several times and lied and said an area manager was calling me and that did not happen! Awful!
I will never spend another dollar with pizza hut. The District Manager at this location is very very disrespectful. He is rude and cant take ownership of is mess up! I watched this guy prepare pizza while wiping nasty sweat off his forehead with no gloves on. I'll spend my money with a franchise that respects their customers. I highly recommend no one eat from this location after this experience!! I will stick with Papa John's!
