Store made the order wrong and instead of apologizing, decided to be very rude. Pizza had ham, we asked for chicken. She told us it was chicken, as if we didn’t know the difference . We took the order back. They saw they were wrong and still did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with this store, but it will be the last. We will not be ordering again.

NEVER SEEK EMPLOYMENT HERE! Horrible management. Managers get mad when you ask them a simple question about a task. They will cut your hours if you call out ACTUALLY SICK. If you are sick they still want you to come to work. They cut deliveries off at 10 when they close at 12 to make the delivery driver wash dishes for 7$ a hour. Only manager who actually helps you is Mrs.Amber!

My order was delivered to the wrong address then the driver went and got it and the cinnamon sticks had 1missing with a bite out of another one. My pizza was all jumbled and out of place. Everything was COLD. The store didn't refund my money nor send my order back out. I'm unable to drive and have kids and that was dinner for them. I'm very upset, unhappy, unsatisfied with the service. The manager told me I couldn't get my order remade and a refund. I didn't receive neither ?

Here we are four years after covid and you still can't go inside the restaurant and eat. All you can do is carry out and drive through. At 7:20 at night I'm waiting in line in the cold because they don't let people in the store to even get their order you have to go

They're very unprofessional first of all one of the doors is locked and it was after 11:00 a.m. they didn't acknowledge me when I walked into the establishment after I want all the way around the building to the open door and she didn't say thank you or anything at all once I left very unprofessional
It's not very good, they can't find the directions since it was 6 minutes from the place, I don't recommend it.

Normally I have great experience at Pizza Hut. My last visit I was highly disappointed. This was just one time. I love the food. And will return again, again, and again. I will check my food before i leave with it in the future just to be sure.
