Ordered 50 dollars worth of food for delivery, get a text its delivered by a third party (Doordash). Link gives me a window to expect my food. Check on it an hour later and it's been canceled. Store says they'll "credit me 5 dollars", that doesn't cover the tip I paid for! Disgusting, I'm aware there may be issues with your delivery methods but that's not the customers fault, this company completely ruined a family event and wouldn't even cover the tip cost.

Pizza Hut delivery at Hwy 25 and Tobacco rd cannot get my entire order to me in one trip. Then after I call they send what they want instead of what I ordered. I won't order from here again...ever!
Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic. I ordered 8 Diet Pepsis with my pizza. I received 4. After I called and confirmed this they sent 2 Diet Pepsis and 2 regular Pepsis. It's not the first time. I can't do anything with regular Pepsi...too much sugar.

Order was never delivered, called to ask about it and was put on hold, after 30 minutes I hung up and called again, this time the person that answered immediately said that we're closed and then hung up the phone.
I rarely come to pick up my pizza my order is always sent out correctly and comes still fresh and ready to eat. Great job guys!

I wish I could give this place no stars but I can’t. Waited for over 3 hours just for them to tell me they could either refund my money & BLOCK me from ordering again or just make me a new pizza and deliver it after 3 hours already went by! Total unacceptable ! They need to close this business effective immediately !

Went in ready to order. Employee told our party of two that after buffet was over there no one to serve us. They were not busy at all. One car in drive through. 3 employees in the building. There were only 2 of us wanting to dine in. Do better!
