Ordered large hand tossed cheese pizza with cinnabon delights. Food was not in the heater when I arrived and the cinnabon delights were given to me while it was opened slightly. Find out why when you open it and find only 8 cinnabons instead of 10 and none of them are smothered in cinnabon's signature icing. They just threw pizza huts icing on the side. Never had a problem with this location before. It was 12:30; no real reason to be that lazy when you just opened. Obviously new staff members. I miss the old one's. Never eating at this site ever again!!!

The white guy with tattoos yesterday was putting pepperonis on a pizza with his bare hands! Gross!!!! Please wear gloves when handling other people’s food. Will never eat at this location again.

For the $2 Tuesday deal, that's so very unorganized, they went from Last names, to phone numbers, to ticket number, so it was ran completely wrong. Made me not even want a pizza again in my life.

This place is a joke. The manager is incompetent. After prepaying online, I went to the store when notified that my order was ready, NOT SO! After waiting at the store for 30 minutes the manager started asking customers for phone numbers and handing out receipts. After another hour, a customer who was 20 orders behind me started getting upset about the wait and was told her order was burnt and they would remake it then skipping customers who had already been waiting longer. Then the manager wanted all tickets back and would make your order as she received your ticket further skipping orders already checked in. I will never order from here again and probably will not order from any other Pizza Hut.

I placed my order online at 11:05 got to the store to pick up my order to be told they close at 11. But on the website it says 11:30 I feel they shouldn’t have took my money. Never coming back here!
