Planet Smoothie

I really would like to leave zero stars but the one star will be for the kind young man who took my order.

I was visiting from Florida. Stopped to the planet smoothie in Augusta Mall. I ordered 4 regular smoothies spending over $30! I walked right out side the mall and the drink holder collapsed and the two last mango smoothies’ fell all over me and all on my Cherry 11’s!!!! I walked back in after wiping off my shirt and taking off my 11’s (prepared to pay but honestly not expecting to based on prior experiences in this situation with other restaurants). I asked could they remake and I was told no, I was actually told it’s not their fault the smoothies fell. I asked to speak to the manager. I talked with steven, I said the smoothies fell literally right outside the door and you couldn’t do anything?? He says if it had fell at the counter maybe he could replace it. I’m like I just spent over $30 and as a manager you couldn’t do anything? He just said sorry. He couldn’t replace one, maybe half off anything to show you cared or to even pretend you did just a smudge. Steven the manager didn’t know this was my first time trying planet smoothie as I normally go to Tropical Smoothie for my smoothie needs, but this was my last time no matter what city, state or country I’m in, me paying for the smoothies to be remade was the last time any of my money will be spent at a planet smoothie.

You gain repeat customers with good/great customer service not the product alone.

Could’ve gained a customer, but instead stopped me from ever being one again!

ID SUGGEST GOING TO TROPICAL SMOOTHIE THEIR SMOOTHIES ARE SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER ANYWAY!!!!

came there today and was looking at the menu trying to figure out what I want to get, and the lady working was yelling “Next guest!” And then got mad and cussed when we told her we weren’t ready yet. She clearly has attitude problems that she needs to resolve on her own and not take it out on others. Glad she was able to get herself a job but that’s not how anyone should be treating others.

They close at 8pm, not 9pm which is listed online.

Great customer service, she helped me choose which one to get and even offered to blend it more if need! Definitely will be going back to get more smoothies!

Customer service here is horrible and the speed in which they move is just unacceptable. On June 6th 2018 there was 9 associated behind the counter and with 3 registers open took 5 minutes just to get help.

They're always out of everything. Tired to order several different types and they out of ingredients for the first 3 I tried to order. They've been out of whey protein for a solid month.

Terrible smoothies period.

Absolutely great and speedy service.i wasn't loud enough when asking,no bananas, and the young ladies quickly remade it without a blink and a smile. Will return

Smoothie was great. Attendant got me a s another customer out in no time. Will be back.

Never had an issue with the taste of anything I've ordered. However they move at a snail's pace to do anything so if you are in a hurry and you see they have customers then go somewhere else. It takes at least 15 minutes per smoothie for them to make it because they don't know what they are doing and have to look up what to put in everything you order.

This place slacks everything from good customer service to tasty smoothies. I ordered the twigs and berries and it tastes like ice with food coloring. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed taking the order, didn't even say thank you or nothing. Ridiculous!

2:00 is not a good time to order anything, person behind the counter of planet smoothie and the person at auntie Anne's were both too busy to recognize me and my wife. After about 5 minutes of waiting at the register I asked if i was able to order anything, auntie Anne's lady ignored us and the woman at planet smoothie mumbled something inaudibly about a smoothie she was making. It shouldn't be this hard to order a pretzel that's already been cooked 🙃
