came there today and was looking at the menu trying to figure out what I want to get, and the lady working was yelling “Next guest!” And then got mad and cussed when we told her we weren’t ready yet. She clearly has attitude problems that she needs to resolve on her own and not take it out on others. Glad she was able to get herself a job but that’s not how anyone should be treating others.

I'm here in business and have been to this location 3 days in a row and it's soooo obvious that the young lady who opened in Monday and Today (Wednesday ) doesn't like her job not a little bit. She's unfriendly, has zero personality and clearly doesn't like to deal with the public. She makes you feel like I'm bothering her. Maybe corporate should do a secret shop or better yet, she should really find her passion life and resign her position. Too bad because the smoothies are the best and the only reason I keep going is because of this and it's the only one in the area. Smoothies are rated a 5 but she bring down the rating.

Poor customer service at this location. Shares line with neighboring restaurant without making that clear. We started waiting in that line for a bit then saw someone move over to that one and thought it was 2 lines. When lady working there (12/26/2018, 1:15) rudely told us this, insisted we then go to back of line that we had been in rather than where we'd stood, just left in disgust. You hire the worst, you lose customers

Customer service here is horrible and the speed in which they move is just unacceptable. On June 6th 2018 there was 9 associated behind the counter and with 3 registers open took 5 minutes just to get help.

The smoothies were decent, for Augusta mall that is. The customer service is why I rated this place with three stars. I'm patient when waiting for food but this place took abnormally long. They didn't even complete my order to boot. They acted confused and semi unprofessional

Never had an issue with the taste of anything I've ordered. However they move at a snail's pace to do anything so if you are in a hurry and you see they have customers then go somewhere else. It takes at least 15 minutes per smoothie for them to make it because they don't know what they are doing and have to look up what to put in everything you order.

This place slacks everything from good customer service to tasty smoothies. I ordered the twigs and berries and it tastes like ice with food coloring. The girl behind the counter seemed annoyed taking the order, didn't even say thank you or nothing. Ridiculous!

2:00 is not a good time to order anything, person behind the counter of planet smoothie and the person at auntie Anne's were both too busy to recognize me and my wife. After about 5 minutes of waiting at the register I asked if i was able to order anything, auntie Anne's lady ignored us and the woman at planet smoothie mumbled something inaudibly about a smoothie she was making. It shouldn't be this hard to order a pretzel that's already been cooked 🙃
