We placed an online order to pickup. When we arrived, the store smelled like vomit. The employees were not wearing gloves. 20:min of standing there we were informed that they were out of wings. I placed an online order. Went to pickup order and had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Service is extremely Slow. They don't offer complimentary drinks. Smh!!! Last time at location on Walton Way.

I haven't went to Popeyes in over half a whole year but I went because my female that cooks my meals typically, was tired from work and I wished not to cook today, so I ordered two three-piece white spicy chickens and nonetheless ended up with a two-piece mixed chicken it didn't even have the sides that I ordered with it, the guy said when I got there they only didn't have the spicy wings and had mild but behold I received a thigh and a wing for both meals will most likely get a full refund on the app and probably never trying this franchise ever again. This is a grand example of why I typically have around 5 restaurants I actually go to now.

The food we ordered was at a restaurant not accessible by Mr Marty, we tried to place the same order at the restaurant closer to us, and they don't accept online orders, so the coupon you sent was unusable. We bought food from the closer Popeyes anyway, and they shorted us the fries and handed Mr Marty a drink he didn't order and couldn't hold, so it spilled, and the sandwiches were cold and bland even though we ordered spicy.

I guess it's had to give it a star to allow for a review had i could without a star i would have. I parked outside and walked into the restaurant to place my order. There's nobody in front of me that was waiting to place their order although there were several people in the Drive-Thru. After I waited for 15 minutes for somebody to take my order I turn around to the guy behind me and I told him I hope that you have 15 minutes to stand here while these people play around behind the counter the workers I'm talking about I said I myself will go down to Bojangles.

Went through the drive through request while ordering my food ranch honey mustard as well as cajun sparkle for my 1st order. 2nd order young lady asked did I want to add a drink and side for $3 I stated yes she asked the drink I stated sweet tea she stated they didn’t have any tea so I then request lemonade a male voice then stated I could not get that then the female stated had to be a Fountain drink ok get to the window pay for 1st order check bag no ranch or honey mustard as I asked for but the cajun sparkle, hot sauce and honey 1 thing out of 3 I asked with extra of the others young lady then pass 2nd order the way she handed my change a quarter dropped the young lady already look upset then I asked for honey mustard and ranch which I asked for when placing my order she stated they were out of ranch at the window then gave me 2 honey mustards I stated well I have 9 pieces of chicken she stated I have 3 honey mustards I could have paid for more if she had asked but no she didn’t Popeyes always get it bad that’s why you all are so popular. To the owner if you not going in and training on your own then shut it down bc if kfc was on the corner you wouldn’t get the business 🙄 I want my ranch and your store have roaches

Food was hard and had to be remade, I asked for a chicken sandwich plain no pickles no mayo. I first received my chicken sandwich with pickles on it. The second chicken sandwich after I had it made was hard.staff is moving to fast and can not really keep up with the pace of incoming orders

I went there to pick up a order and I was very disappointed at the response of the staff and manager with they just got here so that's why my food was not prepared.. unfortunately it's your job to work order was totally wrong received on 1 fry ordered 2 and only original chicken not half and half. Will not recommend them for any large orders or business orders they cannot provide.
