I got a three piece mix and the pieces they gave me were horrible. I was given a very small leg, a Small wing and thigh, all three pieces were old probably been sitting for hours they probably didn't want to waste it. I feel like I was scammed. HORRIBLE SERVICE I WOULD NEVER SALE NO TRASH LIKE THAT TO A HARD WORKING CUSTOMER.

Ordered on UberEats, took an hour for them just to prepare my food and had my delivery driver wait 30 minutes after arrival to get my food. I understand there being weather problems but at the time the snow had melted + This has happened to me before at this same exact Popeyes with the exact same problem, the order taking entirely too long to get prepared. The food was okay, apple pie tasted as if it was sat out in the cold winter air and the sweet tea that I ordered was not sweet at all.

A perfect 10 for service esp the manager. He was swift and sweet. Now for the interior of the building with the stained ceiling and the boarded up walls outside, is an embarrassment for your employees and this establishment. A friendly staff like this deserves to work in better conditions.

Just leaving. Was told it will be 8 mins on a chicken sandwich and to pull around. Waited 15. Go in and was told they haven't dropped it yet because they were cleaning to close. They had no intention on cooking it. Very ghetto...workers and all. Rude and very unprofessional
Waited over 20 plus minutes for ghost pepper wings. It’s called fast food for a reason. The ice in my drink melted leaving my soda watery.

I went to the popeye's on walton way in augusta georgia. I was trying To order an eight piece family meal chicken tender to feed two people. I misunderstood the employee. He was offering me something else for a lesser price. I agreed not fully understanding what I was agreeing to bc I thought he said it was the same thing. When i got home it was only a 3 pieces chicken tender. I cant feed 2 people with only 3 pc chix tenders! I tried contacting the online customers service thing, but it keep trying to get me to uploaded my receipt in order to move forward... i did not receive any receipt from the store.

The food is excellent from this Popeyes location. It takes a bit of time to get your food, but the teamwork of the employees here is clearly noticeable by their great attention to each order. Keep up the amazing service to hungry people!

I ordered a family meal and upon getting home the fries had a terrible burnt taste to them. Manager on duty told me to bring the entire meal back to get a refund for the fries. It was there mistake so why gotta make my family wait to eat because of their mistake. You can smell the burnt grease, I would’ve never sold someone food like this. The chicken was okay, biscuits were hard. I’d rather you tell me you were out of fries than serve me this. I would’ve gladly got something else. The color of the fries were golden but that taste will make you vomit.
