It's kinda a fast paced service indoor seating depends on which one you actually go to the ones around me I don't care for their way of cooking,I would pick KFC over Popeyes.

The service was okay, I was told immediately what was available. It was late we were hungry. We ordered wings and biscuits . The sauce for the wings was so hot, you could not taste the chicken. The only flavor profile we experience was heat. It was a waste and we were not satisfied. The pricing also was too high for what we ordered.

Came at 10pm. Drive thru closes at 11pm. Waited at the intercom for 5 minutes with no response. Let to go to Wendy’s across the street. Not sure how you sustain a business when you basically turn down money.

It needs to be cleaned from top to bottom... the floors a lil slippery, I inquired about a coupon sent to my email... the cashier knew nothing and she asked the manager who knew nothing as well, then she went on and on about how she don't order food online which was not the question, then i can hear her and the other older woman saying oh no they don't order food online... in which i wasn't trying to order online cause clearly I know how to do that...I just want to know about the coupon/advertising... which it suppose to be mardi gras day... I'll just stick with Martinez location it's cleaner, quick and up to date!!!! I still ordered and needed BBQ sauce the cashier says 27 CENTS .... oh so now they are trying to get side income for sauce... I said since when they started charging for sauce the cashier says she doesn't know, it's just what her manger told her

I was very dirty the doors of the soil at the entrance the crystals or glasses some trash in the soil and they didn't have gloves it really looked bad the shelves, the lamps are all dirty and a construction that doesn't finish much🤯🤮
The worst Popeyes I have ever visited... The condition of the building was atrocious and I think it impacts the attitude of the employees... Will not return, needs new ownership... The employee who took my order was nice.
