I’m just trying to understand….what is the deal with the sauce? I ask for extra, even offer to pay extra and was blatantly told “No”! I don’t get it…if there is a shortage then say that! The power struggle with the sauce is crazy….I swear y’all DO NOT get paid enough to be worried about a few extra sauces! Customer service is trash! Everybody hates their job

The wait to order is absolutely ridiculous. The attitude from people taking your order is absolutely disgusting you can’t even finish what you’re saying before you are interrupted no one looks like they want to be there and they shut the window in your face before you can ask for anything. ? I’d leave zero starts if it were possible.

I ordered a 12 piece family meal online before I left work. It was supposed to be ready at 4:05. I didn't even get there until 4:15. Not only was it not ready, they hadn't even began preparing it. The red beans and rice I'd ordered as a side had about a tablespoon of beans at the bottom of the container under the rice. The whole experience wasn't very good. I won't order from this particular location again.

I ordered food in the drive through, I am currently waiting over 30 minutes to receive this. I will never be coming back to this location. The customer behind me did mobile ordering and also had to wait 30 minutes. Stay away

The food was fresh and good but it's hard to enjoy the food when you're hearing the manager on duty yelling at his cashiers and employees. So much that they hate being at work and it shows in their service. Seems excessive to charge the price of a small side for a little gravy to dip fries in.

Food is ok ,if they get ur order right ,so best to go in an order cause u will get home an not have what u ordered fir sure!!! They need more people on the register come lunch time cause so many people come for lunch an sometimes it's going to be a long wait with one register open,but other then that food good!!!

I come here after my appointments which is usually what outs me in a bad mood. However, I always treat myself to Popeyes and this place just doesn't disappoint. The people are friendly, funny, and welcoming. Service is always with a smile. The food is great too being accurate and hot!

The food took forever to come and when it did come it was very greasy but it was hot other than that if they pick up the speed and have the chicken available then it would be such a long wait every time it would be a while before I go back to this Popeye's
