Went thru the drive thru was told to pull up and wait that only 1 sandwich was done.. After waiting 20 mins I went in and still no second sandwich. Then forgot my fries. Got home and the sandwich wasn't even spicy or crispy. I'll never go back again! Need to firee the whole crew!

My only complaint is that I never receive the sides I ask for. It’s always something different, I wish y’all would communicate that y’all are out of something instead of just substituting. I’ll be going to the one on Tobacco rd in the future. Only good thing about this location is the food is hot.

The service was great. Was offered coupons for the meals. Food was average but still good. Definitely would think twice before eating inside since the floors were an ice skating rink and weren't wet. Definitely a lawsuit waiting to happen.

The staff was friendly when i walked in and ordering was quick. When i got my order it was wrong but i got it fixed and was given an apple apple and offered more red beans and rice.
Stopped here on the way to SC and got the blackened tenders, fries, biscuit and blackened ranch. Great location and the food was hot. Highly recommend.

The night shift manager that looks scary is so disrespectful, mean, rude! She is awful with customer service and refuses to give corporate or general managements number. This happens all the time. I wish we had churches or replace her one.
