Customer service with an attitude. They obviously dont want to work. At least my fries were hot when I finally got em.

Horrible customer service. Never acknowledged any customers. Several in line waiting to oder. No one stepped up and said they'll be with them.

Absolutely terrible. Waited four minutes to get help then waited another ten for literally JUST a sandwich. Lady said MAYBE three words to me. Don’t go here. Just don’t.

Absolutely horrible… i wouldn’t leave a bad review unless they were really bad and they are. The food is horrible taste like 2 mth old grease. The employees are horrible ppl. They lash out at u, they don’t help at all, they seem like taking an order is the worst thing in the world. They won’t help with door dash. It’s just a dumpster fire

20 fcking minutes for a sandwich and two sides. They weren't very busy and other people were waiting just as long as I was. The crew couldn't have cared less.

I walked into the food court and saw no line at this Popeyes. I thought, oh, this is great, I’ll be helped quickly. I was so wrong, in fact I wouldn’t be helped at all. I waited, and waited, and waited. The same two boys walked by me twice, and straight up ignored me everytime. And when they were just standing there, they wouldn’t even look in my direction.Then a lady came from the back spoke to them and still no one even acknowledged there was someone at their counter. I ended walking next to door to much busier restaurant, who treated me much better. I guess there’s a reason why no one was in line here.

I visited the Popeyes in the mall today and I hope sooner or later it gets replaced with something else the customer service is horrible I wish I could shout out the person that gave this horrible experience by name but I guess this unprofessional establishment doesn’t require name tags but I do know she had on a grey button up shirt African American female with locs I think she was the manager and I hope not because she was very rude no greeting very assertive when asking me what wanted as if I was bothering her ! And even then I still was polite not only that my food was COLDDDD sandwich must’ve been sitting there for atleast an hour it was and oily cold mess just like my sides all n all 0/10 shut this place down

Rude. Snapping at anyone and everyone who looks at them. All the workers need to be tested for schizophrenia with how paranoid they act. Food is hot but undercooked 80% of the time and God help you if you have a coupon or something because you might as well be casting magic with how overwhelmed or annoyed they act over it....

I walked up to redeem my free drink in the app as it wouldn’t let me place it as a mobile order. They scanned my app and my app confirmed that the points were used. The young girl at the register couldn’t figure it out and then a white lady walked up and told me it was easier if i mobile ordered it. Which i tried to do but it wouldn’t work. How hard is it to ring in one drink? Then the young girl starts flipping out because some couple walking by gave her a dirty look??? The white lady then starts telling her to point them out??? i didn’t realize this popeyes was run by children. We then went back up to get a refill and the MANAGER tried to tell us that what we had wasn’t a refill cup and she didn’t know who gave it to us?? this was maybe ten minutes later. My boyfriend was so confused and just asked her if she’d refill it or not and she did it hesitantly. The most unprofessional, immature group of workers i’ve ever seen.

Everything was ok, except I forgot to ask for spicy even though I was never asked if I wanted Spicy or not when I asked if that could be spicy the manager shrugged her shoulders like " Too late"..I felt as though if I'm paying I should get what I asked for.

I ordered a number 1 which was great but when I go my number 7 with the 1 BIC platter it was all messed up. I told her rice and mashed potatoes but instead received fries. The shrimp taste old and my rice or mashed potatoes were not in my bag. I paid 23.41 for food I did not receive and because I don’t stay on that side of town I am not willing to drive back over for them to fix it. I also was not given my receipt either so I can not leave a review.

Tried to order a 4 piece meal. I was told you can’t order whole wings anymore. Place is dirty. The lady with a beard had terrible attitude.

Texas Pete is hotter than your Ghost Pepper Wings or the cook forgot to season the wings. Speed of service to take my order was extremely slow. Service was not very friendly. I have had 20 plus years in the food and beverage business and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.
