Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I visited the Popeyes in the mall today and I hope sooner or later it gets replaced with something else the customer service is horrible I wish I could shout out the person that gave this horrible experience by name but I guess this unprofessional establishment doesn’t require name tags but I do know she had on a grey button up shirt African American female with locs I think she was the manager and I hope not because she was very rude no greeting very assertive when asking me what wanted as if I was bothering her ! And even then I still was polite not only that my food was COLDDDD sandwich must’ve been sitting there for atleast an hour it was and oily cold mess just like my sides all n all 0/10 shut this place down

Rude. Snapping at anyone and everyone who looks at them. All the workers need to be tested for schizophrenia with how paranoid they act. Food is hot but undercooked 80% of the time and God help you if you have a coupon or something because you might as well be casting magic with how overwhelmed or annoyed they act over it....

I walked up to redeem my free drink in the app as it wouldn’t let me place it as a mobile order. They scanned my app and my app confirmed that the points were used. The young girl at the register couldn’t figure it out and then a white lady walked up and told me it was easier if i mobile ordered it. Which i tried to do but it wouldn’t work. How hard is it to ring in one drink? Then the young girl starts flipping out because some couple walking by gave her a dirty look??? The white lady then starts telling her to point them out??? i didn’t realize this popeyes was run by children. We then went back up to get a refill and the MANAGER tried to tell us that what we had wasn’t a refill cup and she didn’t know who gave it to us?? this was maybe ten minutes later. My boyfriend was so confused and just asked her if she’d refill it or not and she did it hesitantly. The most unprofessional, immature group of workers i’ve ever seen.

Everything was ok, except I forgot to ask for spicy even though I was never asked if I wanted Spicy or not when I asked if that could be spicy the manager shrugged her shoulders like " Too late"..I felt as though if I'm paying I should get what I asked for.

I ordered a number 1 which was great but when I go my number 7 with the 1 BIC platter it was all messed up. I told her rice and mashed potatoes but instead received fries. The shrimp taste old and my rice or mashed potatoes were not in my bag. I paid 23.41 for food I did not receive and because I don’t stay on that side of town I am not willing to drive back over for them to fix it. I also was not given my receipt either so I can not leave a review.

Tried to order a 4 piece meal. I was told you can’t order whole wings anymore. Place is dirty. The lady with a beard had terrible attitude.

Texas Pete is hotter than your Ghost Pepper Wings or the cook forgot to season the wings. Speed of service to take my order was extremely slow. Service was not very friendly. I have had 20 plus years in the food and beverage business and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

I went to pick up a mobile order and the lady working didn't acknowledge me the whole time I was standing there. Another employee came up and also ignored me. When my order was finally ready, the lady just put it on the counter and walked away. Didn't call my name or anything, no words were spoken to me the entire time I was here. Horrible customer service.

Cold food after saying we were waiting for fresh tenders.....cold cold and nasty if you can go to an outside of mall for popeyes....

Extremely poor customer service. Just placing food on the pick up counter and calling numbers. And when order #9 was called it was on the wrong bag. So when we went back to get things corrected it was our fault even though our receipt said order 9. You figure it out. They all seem to have an issue with working. Will not return or even recommend it to anyone else.

If you want to waste your money and your time go here. We were waiting 45 min for our order just to be told we don’t have fries. They had no straws. Many people were inside but no work was done. It is a shame to wait 45min for FAST FOOD. Never again.

This popeye is different from the others. The food was really good and fresh. New in the area..

We went here yesterday and placed a large order for lunch for work. Jazz and Nicole were so much fun! The drive thru was very busy but they stayed engaged with us as we waited for our food. Jazz went over each order and bagged it separately and made sure we had everything, which is very appreciated.

I love Popeyes but the location I went to today had the worse customer service I’ve seen in a long time….the manager was the one being rude to customers. Next time I’ll drive a little farther to a different location.
