A wonderful experience tonight! When traveling we always hope to find a local gem and we were in luck this evening.
The atmosphere was cozy, the staff were friendly and attentive, the owner was charming, the prices were reasonable, and the food and martinis were great.
I can't say enough about how delighted me and my family were with our dining experience this evening.

The food is truly exceptional! I’ve brought friends from out of town here, and whenever we chat, they can’t help but exclaim, “I can’t wait to return to Augusta for Rae’s!” It's as if they're patched travelers yearning for the refreshing experience that Rae's offers.

The food is truly exceptional! I've brought friends from out of town here, and every time we talk, they can't help but exclaim, “I can't wait to come back to Augusta for Rae's Coffee!” It's as if they are thirsty travelers longing for the refreshing experience that Rae's offers.

Great lunch spot... I don't know why I haven't been there in so long!
Had dinner at Rae’s Coastal Cafe on a busy Sunday night. Carson was our server and did a great job— attentive without hovering. I ordered the jerk wings and the crab cake special. The wings were okay, but they didn’t have much of that jerk spice kick and were a bit overcooked. On the bright side, the crab cake was actually tasty, better than I expected being so far from the coast. But honestly, the best part of the evening was Kali’s warm smile and friendly welcome. It made the whole experience more enjoyable. Overall, a good spot with a few areas for improvements.

Very nice restaurant here. It's out if the way, but once you find it the food is excellent. It's a great place to take your friends when they visit here from out of town, we all had a great time and the staff was amazing as well!
My friend snd I celebrated her birthday at Raes for lunch yesterday. The waitress, Julia, was fabulous…very attentive and anxious to please. The food was excellent …New Orleans fried shrimp and Mahi Mahi. We had a fabulous time!

Tucked away in a cute neighborhood, this quaint building with a tin roof brings all the vibes of the Caribbean. The jerk chicken was nicely done. I was pleased that ginger beer was among their soft drink options. Nice effort on bringing the Caribbean to Augusta. Plantains didn't quite make it over to the menu, though. But the black beans and rice dish was tasty. Service was excellent, friendly. A very welcoming place.

Great little hole in the wall restaurant. Great atmosphere and amazing food. We sat at the bar and ordered dinner. The bartender was very nice, informative and knowledgeable. The crab cakes were very delicious and the prime rib was amazing. Absolutely one of my favorite places in Augusta. Absolutely would recommend!

Food was served cold. Very disappointed in our meal. Crab cakes were the size of an ice cream scoop. Enjoyed the salad.
