This restaurant has such a warm, neighborhood feel, it’s cozy, welcoming, and always consistent. The food is always delicious, no matter what you order. Every meal is a 10/10, especially the jerk chicken. The service is fast and friendly, and you can tell the management really cares about keeping everything running smoothly. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommend!
We went as part of a huge family party. While I wasn't expecting a lot this is a place to return to... if you can find it. The jerk chicken sandwich was great and the seafood platter was excellent. There was a lot of excitement for the key lime pie martini and the beer selection was excellent. A superb hidden gem.
Should have read the last review. I ordered the trilogy. Themahi-mahi was dry. Tasted as though it had been cooked previously and reheated in the microwave. The coconut shrimp were overcooked, The menu described the pork jerky to be slightly spicy and juicy moist. Well it was neither. It was tasteless. Dry as though it was taken out of the freezer , thrown on the grill, while skipping the marinade step.i am an accomplished cook. Heard great things about Rae’s. Totally disappointed....
