Very chill spot for drinks and a little something to eat. Drinks okay, depending on the bartender 🤪. I like red wine 🍷 but they don't offer it. Overall it what you make of it.

First time, and I must say that it was amazing

To be honest.. I was not impressed with the quality of the food..or the taste. I will not be back.

Waitresses was great..service was great.. just the food..was underwhelming...bland flavor.

Food was hot..fries where good..

Fried Catfish was a 2..and fried oysters a 1. Maybe I came on the cooks day off ! Ohh well ...

I ordered the 1/2 lbs of shrimp (clearly it was supposed to come with a corn on the cob and 2 potatoes) and the waitress only brought me the shrimp in a cup and nothing else.. I asked her I was supposed to have corn and two potatoes with it and she said it doesn't come with it. But the menu said different. And she NEVER came back to our table to ask did we need any refills or anything..didn't even give us our tickets to pay for our order!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Food was good and service was great up until we were getting rushed out at 10:45… they close at 11 and while we were being rushed we still left before 11. Specifically we left at 10:56.
Some guy specifically called us out and said “come on table five yall need to go” and kept talking to his co workers i believe loudly saying we need to hurry and just talking about us. We all were still eating and when i took off my gloves to see what time it was… they technically were still open.. he kept badgering us but from afar, talking loudly abt us w his coworkers. Very unprofessional. They also started mopping at like 10:30 which is fine i get trynna get out of there but mopping right in front of our table? to the point where im now waiting on them to finish mopping at my feet so i could leave. anyways our server was great and attentive, she didn’t say her name. i don’t know who the guy was who was speaking on us because he wasn’t in uniform but he obviously does something there because he said all of this to the coworkers and why would a customer say any of the things he did. Don’t rush your customers out. Especially when yall aren’t even closed. You wouldn’t want anyone rushing you.

I visited this past Tuesday and ordered the daily special, which didn’t mention that it included crawfish or that it didn’t come with sausage. I’ve never had crawfish before, and if I had known it was part of the dish, I wouldn’t have ordered it. I tasted one and it was honestly the worst seafood I’ve ever eaten. The waitress was unfamiliar with the menu and not attentive to the customers. I ended up swapping the crawfish for sausage, but unfortunately, the sausage was microwaved and extremely salty. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant—I’d rate it 0 out of 10. Honestly, the Chinese buffet was 10,000% better than Red Crab.

Customer service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was great. Very clean and timely food service. We will definitely be returning again and again. Keep up the great work Red Crab
