Upon arrival I was first told I don't have reservation. Then the confused host said you'll have to talk to my manager I can't say. Manager comes and tells me they don't do reservations. I showed my reservation from open table she says yes that's just like a waiting list. However it's not even that bc it didn't place us before the people that walked in when we did. As we didn't “join the waiting list” while waiting to talk to the manager about reservation that doesn't exist. I guess it's just for decoration.

I had another self-care date at Red Lobster on Walton Way, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite as great as my previous one. The drink wasn’t the best it could have been, and the service was lacking compared to the fantastic experience I had last time with Allison. My waiter didn’t ask any specific questions, so I had to clarify and correct my meal. That being said, I still enjoyed my time and the food, which was on point. I’m giving this review a 4 because my past visit was truly amazing, but I can’t say the same for this one. Coach says stayfocused.✌🏾

Waited over an hour. Tried to talk with manager then was ghosted. When asked the server what happened to our food she said all can do is put in the order and does not know (or care) what happened to the food. Could not eat the food as we didn’t get any and there was no service.

Red lobster decided on valentines to allow all walk ins to be seated and anyone with a reservation was denied due to the over welding amount of walk ins they accepted. I spent money on my nails hair alfit and took time off from work to be there on time! We had to go home because valentines is the most popular holiday to go out to eat and be wines and dined there was nowhere to eat because it was a sold out holiday!! We went home yall on valentines hungry upset and uneasy!! Do not book a reservation here on Valentine's Day

The waitress we had was on it .She was very attractive and good at her job. Her appearance was well put together,she made us feel so at home .Her name is Nannette they call her Nan ,also the food and drinks were on point .I love Red lobster and heve eaten at a lot but this one is definitely my favorite.

We were greeted and served by Pam !! She was so friendly and she gave suggestions on what was exceptional choices on drinks and food. She was genuinely happy and loved what she does. You don't find that often. Pam was truly the example of excellent customer service with a smile. It was such a pleasure meeting her.
We eat here several times and it has always been great. On top of that, they have some honest workers there too. I left my credit card one time and came back and they had it. My son lost his whole wallet for over a week and they had it stored in the safe for us when we came back.

When we got there we immediately sat down and our server was Dominique and he was really good and attentive I had the $20 crab legs because today is Tuesday and the food was really good and hot The service is really good the music was okay but for the most part I wouldn't mind coming back and here is a warning if you like the tartar sauce at Red lobster they CHANGED it it will be back next year but for right now it's gone and it's nasty just to let you know
