I went to this restaurant on March 15th for an evening meal, and to my surprise, it wasn’t crowded. We got there at 7pm and were seated immediately, which was great. We were promptly told that our server, “Cierra/Sierra,” would attend to us shortly. However, after waiting for about 20 minutes, a different server noticed us sitting unattended and kindly took our drink orders. She quickly returned with our drinks and some biscuits, attempting to cover for our assigned server. Roughly 25 minutes later, she checked in on us again, surprised that “Cierra/Sierra” had yet to take our order. At that point, I mentioned we were deciding to leave because waiting 45 minutes just to place an order, especially in a place that was neither busy nor understaffed, was unreasonable. Multiple other staff members had passed us by without acknowledgement, except for the one who wasn’t even responsible for our section. I regret not asking for her name, as she truly showcased what exceptional customer service looks like.

Do not recommend eating from here. Pasta is very dry, no kind of sauce.
I have a had great experience on Washington Rd but at Walton way it was so disappointing. I did not get what I ordered and the waiter acted as of she did not want to be there, let alone giving us decent service. My shrimp were cold some of which had no taste and the waiter took her time getting any other requests dishes that we purchased. Me and mom was so aggravated we asked for a different waiter, well that didn't really do us any good either as the quality of the food was poor with not the right flavors and we normally get the same thing just not at this location but I will tell you this... avoid this location if you want to get good food or service. From my understanding there is a hit and miss here but more miss for me. Do better employees of the Walton way location because our experience here was horrible!!!
