RC is my favorite restaurant when I'm in Augusta. The food is ALWAYS on point. Hot, fresh, and flavorful.

Terrible service, food was bland, order was wrong along with others in our party and still had to pay 18% Gratuity because we had 6 adults and 4 kids even though they barely served us the whole time.

Will never return.

Service was terrible and the server Sarah was rude and unprofessional.

Had to wait for 30 minutes for a server to even come the first time.

Then we didn't get a refill the entire 3 hours we were there until the end.

When the server was told of the order issues she snatched the food with an attitude.

Would never come to this place again!

Worst experience ever me and my family had dinner that was 1st off incorrect as well as cold due to the 1 hr 1/2 wait after Sarah the waitress took her sweet time bringing the food not to mention her attitude was horrible from start to finish it’s as if she hated her job my sons drink had brown specks in it his LEMONADE and she didn’t replace the drink she didn’t come back to our table until it was time to give us our ticket and had the nerve to charge a tip of 34$ total it was a complete disaster

Service was terrible and the server Sara was rude and unprofessional.

After sitting down and waiting for 30 minutes for a server to even come, we then had to wait almost 45minutes to get the food just to have 3 of the 6 orders wrong.

Then we didn't get a refill the entire time. We saw the server a total of 3 times during the entire 3 hours we were there.

Not to mention when the server was told of the order issues she snatched the food with an attitude.

At the end of the experience we got ready to leave and after most of the orders being wrong, the server being rude, not getting drinks, and more we get charged automatic 18% Gratuity because we had 6 adults and 4 kids totaling almost $60.

When we asked about getting a discount for the issues we are told that "Gratuity is not a tip, it's for the resturants service" even though we had a horrible service experience. We are told that the main managers "owners" don't speak English and are Chinese so they can't help with any discounts.

Would never come to this place again and this is from someone who travels all over the US and has tried seafood across the country. Worst service and food experience ever.

The food was great, seasoned well. Definitely worth the visit.

Maddie was amazing! I was so shocked at the knowledge and accuracy of the menu that she had. The patience and enthusiasm that she has is unmatched.. you have a gem with this one

Food is really good!! Service is subpar. We waiting 20 minutes to not even get a water. No one approached us. When we walked in there was a handful of workers sitting talking. Not to mention hostess was on FaceTime while seating us. Good food but will not go back. We went to a different restaurant
