I hate to leave a bad review, but this was the first time eating here and definitely the last. The order I picked up was incorrectly made and had things left out. After they corrected it, I'm sorry, but the whole order was terrible. The calzone was gross and undercooked, fries were cold and soggy. Pizza was very very thin. I ordered pasta primavera and it was extremely lacking. It just wasn't good... I've had so much better pasta primavera from places.Same thing with the spaghetti they gave me as a mistake. Like the other pasta, a bunch of noodles thrown together in a box. Like everything else, it's lacking care and effort. And the employees don't seem to have any.

I remember when Romas pizza first opened roughly 30 years ago, best pizza ever, the people that originally owned Romas sold a money making business to people that don't give a damn. These people only care about the wheeling and dealing that goes on out the back door, how do I know what happens out back? I use to work in the stretch mall, I saw the comings and goings, walked up on some sketchy stuff a few times.How does a establishment not have lids and straws for to go drinks?Last night they forgot to put pizza sauce on the damn pizza. The customer service is so horrible why bother calling them? They won't make it right if I did call them. It's so sad knowing what Romas pizza is to be and how these people basically flushed it down the toilet.?

Worst pizza I've had in 20 years. I ordered a three topping - bell peppers, pepperoni, and "imported" mushrooms on pickup. I put in for to be ready at a certain time. I arrived early, but the pizza was already done... and cold. They must have ignored the pickup time and made it early. Not only was it the most soggy, droopy undercooked dough I've ever had, and the veggies were cooked just enough to say they weren't raw. The bell peppers and mushrooms were cut way too large - some were a good three inches long - I could enjoy the taste because I had to honk on these huge veggies. Mushrooms are mostly water, and these things were like putting wet napkins on the pizza. Half the pizza stuck to the box so badly that the slices just fell apart when I tried to grab one with both hands. NY pizza is supposed to be foldable, but I could have made these slices into dough balls again. As for the service on pickup, the young woman at the register only asked did my name. That's it. Not a welcome. Not a thank you. Not a see you next time. Just handed me the box with the blank stare of "I'd rather be anywhere but here." Me too, after this experience.

This is the second time I’ve received my order with the wrong ingredients, thought the first time was a fluke but now I don’t. Please pay attention to your customer order you never know if they are allergic to certain foods.

It is so incredibly dirty in there. The beverage station and the floor and everything was just filthy. Honestly I’m surprised they haven’t been shut down because you know if the front is that dirty than you know the back is even worse. The pizza was OK but nothing to write home about. The people were very nice and helpful.
