Love the Double yum yum white teriyaki sauce. Cook the food right in front of you when you eat there. Vegetable spring rolls are succulent. Broccoli 🥦 is the best. Love the fried rice and veggies. The noodles are also a great choice. The best in the mall food court. It needs its own restaurant building. Big fan of Japanese food, hibachi, teriyaki and duck sauce. So glad they offer DoorDash

I was going to eat hear but chose not to after the back of the house cook used the restroom(bowel movement) and did not wash his hands just walked right out the stall. As a chef that's down right disrespectful to those who are eating here. I was sick to my stomach seeing this.

They've really gone downhill. Barely give you any meat for pick up orders. Today I did a pick up and asked for a side of sauce because there wasn't any on our food. They asked what sauce (told them teriyaki) and they told me no...I asked a couple of people. They all said no. That will be the last time I visit.

Unfortunately, I did not get to eat tonight as I walked into the mall at 740, and the young lady stopped me at the line and said, we are running out of food, so we're not taking any more orders and in looking at the grill, it was full of chicken and everybody who had ordered food was being fixed, so I could have ordered the 2 plates that my children wanted, but instead I get to leave And not argue with her because they were obviously going to take that home for themselves, I assume.

Cook med hight curly hair was very rude after I was passed over do to prep helping out her people(friends) when I was in line first continuously tried explaining that to the cook he proceeded to cuss me out cashier tried to rectify the situation by handing me egg roles very hurt and distraught by the situation very embarrassing by the actions of the cook I am also an employee of the mall and will no longer purchase from this restaurant in the future

Tried to pick up food about 20 minutes before close. They had a long line and after I waited in line for 10 minutes, they told me, and the people in front of me that the two in front of them were their last customers. They could've told us that when we got in line instead of letting me and other customers wait 10 minutes just to get turned away. I really like the food here, but this has definitely turned me off and I don't see myself coming back any time soon.

OH MY GOD I WENT TO THIS GREAT CAFE ON WRIGHTSBORO ACROOS OF THE AIRPORT ON WRIGHTSBORO NEXT TO BIT MOMMA PLACE AND I REALLY ENJOY SITTING DOWN ON THIS PLACE AND HAVE A DELICIOUS AND THE COFFEE IN TOWN NOT ONLY THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO ORDER ALL KIND OF SANDWICHES AND SMOODY,JUICE AND ALL.
Calling store to make sure the delivery person doesn’t leave with someone else’s pick up order again and give it to me , entire different name mind you , order completely different than what I ended up receiving . An establishment should be making sure orders don’t get mixed up. Now I have the wrong food and some poor person spent 30 dollars and doesn’t have theirs. I’ve called like 6 times and they just hang up. Crazy.

The food has always been fresh and the staff is nice but I’m giving such a low rating because they have been reducing the amount of meat they serve for about 2 years now. The food is not cheap so there shouldn’t be such a small serving of meat. (I got the Chicken Teriyaki)

Got delivery of a simple chicken bento box with white rice. I got weird vegetables, possibly steamed, instead of the garden salad that comes with it. No dressing either. So these vegetables are bland and gross. Also was given no soy sauce with my order so my dumplings are dry and so is my California roll. The teriyaki was good tho.
