The gentleman puts my pizza in a small little rotator oven to warm up I asked why don’t they use the big oven like they always did when I visit since that’s what makes the pizza like NY pizza he said it taste better. It did not in fact taste better it taste like I put my pizza in the microwave. If I wanted a microwave oven pizza I would have stayed home and did that. So I paid $13 bucks for pizza that tasted like some card board box. No crispy crust but a lack luster pizza instead. I will not be dining with Sbarro ever again. You guys used to be good. Now you guys just suck. What’s the point of having a 400 something degree oven if we’re not making the pizza in it.

2 stars only because the food was good but, wow was that an experience. We were not greeted as we walked up and there was 3 employees not helping customers and made eye contact with us multiple times. After 3mins someone asked for our order, we just wanted two slices. Then this is the kicker. Two of the employees were sitting there cellphones, and using them on the area the cheese sticks roll out of. Like right on top of were it gets warm and the food touches. So gross. We didn’t eat the cheese sticks and just had our pizza.

Even though I asked for spices 2-3 times from the black girl with braided hair and tattoos standing at the counter, she ignored me and continued to take care of other things. However, all he had to do was reach out his hand and give me a pepper. When I asked again, she rolled her eyes as if mocking me, saying "okeeyyyy". What kind of service is this? I don't think I'll ever eat there again.

Professional and kind, not to mention the pizza is great! I was working with the employee Ray who was a major help in getting my pizza. He was working with a lady before me and she was so rude to him and just was starting trouble, but he was patient and everything, much better than what I would have been for sure! Well done young man!

Rudest female cashier!!! It’s Master week and decided to go to mall at 11am and this rude thing said they don’t open till 11:30 so I waited to only see them serving others and when I asked for name she refused while @manager Ray” said her name is on her badge but it wasn’t and not helpful and very unprofessional and argumentative!!! Won’t EVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!
Went there today for lunch. The cook prepares the pizza without gloves or a hair net!!! He dropped a dish on the floor and just picked it up like nothing happened. I like the pizza there! Hope they get it together!!!

If I could rate negative 0 stars I would! just terrible service ever since the young lady with the colorful hair and the other managers left! store always looks run down and we as customers are never payed attention to anymore. Me and my family used to go twice a week maybe even more up until last summer now we rarely go, the quality is not there anymore the enthusiasm and care for the customers has faded. Place has gone to shams please bring back the managers from last year that cared about the place before you lose more business at least then I received good service AND FOOD because this place is absolutely ridiculous now!!!!!!!

Went to the August a mall to place an order was told by the shift manger Darius and the cashier that it was close down unable to take my order. Now mind you it's 645 pm .Cashier shaking his hair and on the phone at the same time.All that being down pizza could have been made but that what happen when we place kids to run a business becomes business killer...

Manager, Avery (if name was given correctly) was extremely rude to myself and other parties in restaurant when an inquiry was made on estimated time for pizza to be done. 30 minutes for two pepperoni slices was ridiculous. The alternative was stale pizza on the serving line with multiple flies flying around. Terrible customer service.
