DELICIOUS food. And the team the day of was incredible. Good attitudes and on top of things from start to finish.The only thing wanting was quick communication during the planning process, but when you're as busy and booked as they are, it's understandable!
My husband and I sat down with Ian and Katie to discuss our concerns about the menu we were having for my daughter's wedding. We were reassured that the meat and fish would not be dried out. Unfortunately, the chicken parmesan was overcooked and dry. The fish was also overcooked. The shrimp and grits were tasteless and the shrimp were overcooked. On a positive note, the sushi was great and the vegetable dishes were delicious.
They catered our Wedding on April 222023. I was extremely satisfied and they boxed everything for us to take home. I will highly recommend them to everyone!! Thank you for making our day great!!
