Skrimp Shack

My experience was great. My first time trying Skrimp Shack after hearing so much about them on Instagram. I was served by the manager on that day. He was really nice. He explained the menu & how much came with each order. He even gave me a free taco with my order of two shrimp tacos. So I walked out of there with 3 shrimp tacos, but only paid for two & he also gave me a little discount too. Great service overall!

I'm so freaking madI ordered 2 orders grilled fish tacosI should have said something when the girl gave me my bag because 2 Styrofoam containers was light as a feather.Then I get home and openI literally had to take the small piece of fish off of one of the two taco to fill in because the fish is small and they gave me 1 piece per taco. But then they give you 2 sauces which doesn't make sense. If you gonna keep serving skimpy portions you not gonna be in business long trust me. And if it's about the money one sauce us enough for your small pieces of fish on taco smh I spent $20 us a 5.00 tip. I am upset!

Gooood LordT! Yes, it is delicious. It is hot, flavorful, and quick service. Shoutout to the staff, cooks, and brand!!. That Po’Boy sauce is amazing. They devein their shrimp (amen) because I can’t say the same for other fried seafood places locally here and that’s important.

I will say the seafood was ok; I have dined in some of the major seaport cities so the bar for me is set pretty high. I did really like their hush puppies (generous portion) and their banana pudding. The service was exceptional. The woman working at the counter was personable, made menu suggestions, and was cheerful. Prices are running high everywhere; and I am sure their food supply costs have gone up significantly, to address some of the other comments. Dining out now is an occasional treat for most people. That is hard on small businesses; which is all the more reason to appreciate the positive attitude of their staff.

Best experience hands down! Me and my family just arrived from NY, found this restaurant on a tiktok - the owner was amazing. He let us sample a new menu item he was trying - shrimp & grits, which was seasoned to the god’s. The food we ordered was great too! Do yourself a favor and eat here!

Great Food and Service!!!

This place is awesome,.!! We drove down from Tennessee and were NOT disappointed at all,.!! The Big Cat sammich, and a big basket of shrimp was well worth the drive, we will be back,..!!

My family was visiting from out of town and wanted Seafood. I recommend Skrimp Shack from my own personal experience. We ordered The Big Cat, Shrimp and Salmon baskets. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the staff is friendly too! We will definitely be back to try other choices on the menu.

Never a disappointment!!! Food Great as always along with great customer service

This is the third time ordering from them. The first two times the food was excellent. Today not so good. They didn’t have flounder. Had to get whiting. The fish And shrimp had a strange taste. It may have been old grease. The fries were ok. The hush puppies were greasy. Will not be going back anytime soon.

Great food! The shrimp and fish are great. Hushppies are excellent! Can't go wrong with anything. Definitely worth the stop!

Currently here waiting on my food and this visit is off to a bad start… the only beverages available were pink lemonade, Sierra Mist and orange crush. They are also out of regular fries ??‍♀️. There are barely any regular drink lids or napkins stocked.UPDATE: This visit was THE worst. I seriously low key want a refund. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED to say the least.

Came in for lunch today.Positive: The shrimp basket was good. It was more food than I could eat. The shrimp was fried just right and the flavor was on point. The fries were crispy. I prefer thinner fries than what they have but that's just my preference. The place itself was very clean.Negative: Came in for a po'boy but was told that they were out of po'boy bread (at 11:15 am). The price of the food was pretty high. $13.01 for a shrimp basket with fries and a drink. I did notice after I ordered that they have a daily lunch special for much less. I will definitely get that the next time.Overall: Pretty good. Pretty expensive when ordering certain items but if you go the lunch special route, I think that price is more than fair for what you receive.

First time and I enjoyed my food....Not overly seasoned, not too hard, and it was hot....I will definitely be coming back!!!
