This is seriously good BBQ. We bought hash, pulled pork and some ribs from the food truck to take home for lunch. The hash was great, the pork was even better and the ribs might start a fight. You should try Smokeshow BBQ.
Tried smoke show at the food truck location off of Robert c Daniel and Walton Way extension. Got the 3 ribs with mac and cheese for a side. The ribs were very good. Extremely tender and juicy and fell off the bone. The sauce that comes with the ribs is more of a tangy, vinegary sauce, which may be preferable to some, but I personally prefer more of a thicker, sweeter sauce. Yowza! great meats and great sides. Best greens I've ever had - i think they must add ham hocks. We have Russels in Wilmington, Delaware which is fantastic, but I loved Smoke Show's greens more - over the top! Mark
