Yall need to better! This the second to third time ive ordered TWO meals from yall on doordash and havent received either one or two items! A double sonic burger meal, and a coney is sooooo simple. How do you forget the coney??? Ill give you the other times cause we ordered alot but some simple as handing a bag over and a singular coney is hard??? That was my last time ordering from yall since its soo hard to do fast food and yall WILL be hearing from doordash.

Pretty slow place if you're a delivery driver, I waited 20 minutes on 2 burgers and a slushy and had to cancel so my second orders pizza wouldn't get cold, they need to speed up seriously

It says they open at 7 am but when you go they say don’t open until 8 am. which one is it?
The food was good. I was disappointed they are no longer doing Sonic Sunrise but the wonderful lady said she would get me a cherry lime aid and so.e orange juice and i could make it myself. I was very pleased with the solution. She even left room in the cup so I could add the orange juice.

Recently stopped by this location, tried to use my app, which has been a problem at previous locations and for over the last year or so it works only some of the time other times it will let me go through the whole order process and then have a issue at the end. I have had issues with the app before so I understand that it is not the locations issue however I was speaking with someone and let them know that the app was malfunctioning. When I said, I just want you guys to know so that you can let your manager know so that they can tell the owners or corporate. She was very happy to say I am the manager and she said we have told them there’s nothing they’re gonna do about it they don’t care. And they’re not going to fix it and when I said, I just want to complain so that you can pass along the message. This is what she said then she said is there something I can else I can help you with ma’am disregarding my request, even though it was Valid and said and kindness she was just rude for no reason and I still do think that the message needs to be passed along. There are major issues with the app and I’m sure they all know it, but I’m the current customer still having the same issue so I have not resolved this yet. It was unexpected because I was being very pleasant and just trying to get us route 44 sweet tea, which I told her at the beginning so I don’t understand why she was being so rude but whatever that was my experience at this location her name was just Cheyenne and she said and you can tell them that so I assured her I would I would not visit this location again, especially if having to interact with Cheyenne because she wasn’t Just unfriendly, she was downright rude.
