I normally don't give bad ...... I just don't go back, but this deserves both. I've been sick for 2 weeks, just picked up 3 new prescriptions and needed food. I decided a plain grilled chicken sandwich would be it. Pulled up about 2:45pm on 12/20/24 Ordered 2 plain for me & all combo for my husband, only to be told they don't carry grilled chicken sandwiches. I said it was on the menu last night & it is today too.......and to cancel the order because we're going to BO-JO'S AND IT WAS GREAT.........
I WILL NEVER RETURN TO SONIC.

The entire staff was being disrespectful smoking drugs while there is a long line outside. I spoke with the manager who was smoking drugs also, he said oh well and shrugged his shoulders like he didn’t care. Is this how you conduct business

It’s pretty average, the food is cooked well like 70% of the time. Most of the staff is underpaid high school workers. The burgers taste like raw meat half of the time but getting Jalapeños can drown it out.

Food and service is excellent. Not crazy about the availability of parking when the pick up spaces are on the opposite side of the drive through. When you park in the non pick up spaces, you risk backing out into the path of someone driving out from the drive through.

The food was good here, but the condiments were very skimpy. We asked for napkins, and they only gave us three even though there were four of us in the car. We got coffee and they had only two creamers as they were out of creamers. They served it in a drink cup, so you couldn’t drink it without using the straw unless you wanted to take the top off and risk spilling the hot coffee all over you. It also had grounds in the bottom.
