I totally love this store!!Ever since Ms.Nikki has become the manager!!She has hired a awesome staff with great customer service…Mrs.Nikki is such a great manager she believes in customer service and any issues or anything she resolves it right then and there,I am customer who comes almost everyday and this store has been run great every since she has became the manager!!I love getting my lil notes on my coffee from the staff,most times I am greeted by name ,Mrs.Nikki and her staff has been so good to me I love it at her store‼️💕💕💕

Great coffee and really nice baristas. They accidentally put coffee in my daughters frap when I ordered creme based bc she gets psycho if she has any caffeine lol. I tasted it before giving it to her and took it back in . They immediately fixed it and were so very nice! Other places have been rude in the past if I asked anything to be fixed. Normally I would just take it and drink it but since it was hers there was no way to do that. They were super nice about it and fixed it very fast. If I could give that worker 10 stars I would bc she was the best!

I ordered Hazelnut Coffee with extra sugar and cream. Actually this review is somewhat comical. l did get the hazelnut syrup and creamer, however I had no coffee. I returned later on my way home, the young lady was totally shocked, she did give me another coffee, I was able to enjoy the hext morning!! Thank you!

Came in for getting a coffee I get Italian pour over, I'm being told that we don't have the thing for making a pour over. A basic coffee making tool absent from a coffee shop ..... I'm assuming that's on purpose because the person in charge doesn't want to put in extra work that they are being paid for and make a pour over coffee.
