I ordered Hazelnut Coffee with extra sugar and cream. Actually this review is somewhat comical. l did get the hazelnut syrup and creamer, however I had no coffee. I returned later on my way home, the young lady was totally shocked, she did give me another coffee, I was able to enjoy the hext morning!! Thank you!

Came in for getting a coffee I get Italian pour over, I'm being told that we don't have the thing for making a pour over. A basic coffee making tool absent from a coffee shop ..... I'm assuming that's on purpose because the person in charge doesn't want to put in extra work that they are being paid for and make a pour over coffee.

Taiah was an absolute delight. Smiled, brought everything to our table and had a warm smile.
This location has horrible customer service. I ordered my items once I entered the store through the mobile app. I sat down and started my laptop. While waiting on my food and beverage a staff member approaches me and tells me that the cafe is for paying customers only...I've never seen anyone there be told that before and I've always purchased items when inside the store....unacceptable to assume that someone isn't buying anything within 10 mins of being in the store. I had to listen to her speech before I could grab my items off the counter that I was waiting for. I'll be glad when I can return to my usual Starbucks location! This one is terrible!

My last 3 visits have not been good. The service has been extremely rushed and so have the drinks. I did a mobile order arrived 15 mins later then told my drink was still not ready. Waited another 15-20 mins just to have someone pull my drink from by the window. It was sitting there the whole time🤦🏾♀️
