Worst location in Augusta. They only clean and wipe down tables once they close, its filthy compared to the one on Cabela Drive. I'm always misinformed about refill policy and drink customization options. If you're the manager reading this make sure your staff is well informed about the latest corporate guidelines. Make sure they're comfortable with reaching out for help during uncertainty rather than assuming and stating false limitations. I don't fault them I fault you.

The service was amazing but despite being in Georgia and it still being hot they have the heat blasting. I walked in and felt like I was about to melt. Please keep the AC on until it’s actually cold here which is usually around December and January.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, but recently the quality has gotten really bad. Everything tastes bland. I ordered an iced matcha latte and even paid extra for more matcha and syrup, but it still tasted watered down. As you can see in the picture, it’s basically just milk. I couldn’t taste any matcha at all, and I paid almost $9 for it.

I went there during Helena storm to buy get some water and ice and a drink the only had drive though open so me and my son had to walk through drive through and watch them give a lady 8 cups of ice three cups of ice water and two ice mokioto with extra caramel when she got to me I'm black ⚫️ she said sorry we are out of ice 🧊 and waterthe people be hind me got 4 frappe you need ice for that but its ok im gonna write the better business buro thats extreme racism and variable customer service

Gina was such a delight at the drive- thru!! She was full of energy, charisma, and totally made my day!! What a gem of an employee she is to Starbucks!!! Kudos to you, Gina, for making my day!!:)

I always order the same drink every single time. Venti brown sugar iced shaken expresso with vanilla sweet cream, 5 extra pumps & light ice. I get to the window order my drink & the lady is like “oh well I’ll just ring you up for a latte since it’ll be mainly just milk” and then that was almost $2 more than my regular order lol stop trying to be greedy & make the drink the way I asked.

To stay “polite”, the level of certain employee is somewhere between 0 and - infinity when it comes to professionalism !… also, for some reasons, I noticed also that the taste of the coffee has significantly changed to stay “discret” … and if we have to add some kids disrespect … Well ! I would say Starbucks franchises are expected to adhere to Starbucks' established standards and guidelines, including respecting lines and maintaining a “consistent” customer experience !

This Starbucks location has the best baristas/employees; always super nice, helpful, and courteous. My friend Melissa & I stop by once or twice a week and we ALWAYS have an excellent experience!
