Ordered ahead, pulled up to the window two minutes before the estimated pick up time only to be told to drive around the building once more in order to get it at the pick up time. ⁉️ Never experience this at other Starbucks, so it was kind of strange, especially when there wasn’t anyone behind us and only one car ahead of us.

Ugh it pains me to leave this but honestly this is my genuine feedback. The Baristas are nice and the cafe is clean. The drinks and food are crafted well… and then there’s the drivethru. The absolute worst layout for drivethru. They made a terrible mistake with the buildout layout. I waited in the suicide lane for 10 minutes just to get in the parking lot. The drivethru line goes out into the main road so holds up traffic. And of course if you’re coming from the other direction and trying to turn in, they won’t let you in. Then the parking is blocked by drivethru. Have to go down the wrong way (which most do) to try and park. I’m sad to see this bc this was definitely a great spot for it. Positioned horribly. Today I decided it might be best to go into the café for a quicker service. I manage to drive down the wrong way to get to a parking spot and went inside. Got inside to find all of the workers. Very confused about who was running the shift and what they were supposed to be doing they had to regroup wow there was a terribly long wait in the drive-through and forming a line in the café. I noticed that I had made a wrong decision by choosing to come inside of a café. It actually took way longer as I noticed that the car that I would have been behind in the drive-through was long gone. Morning coffee trip here is a nightmare. I can’t imagine being on the other side of the parking lot waiting forever to go through the drive-through line with everyone else just to park in a parking spot just to go into the café just to wait forever and then to come out try to get in your car and leave. Imagine being stuck in that parking spot because the drive-through traffic is going all the way around and there is no room for you to back out. If they are smart, they will eventually try to buy more property around them and try to fix the drive-through and parking situation. Very unfortunate.

Great barista! My Chai Latte was really made to perfection! Genereously filled personal cup. Not "Scroogly" like some other Starbucks do.Friendly staff. Good parking. Defenitly recommend this Starbucks for a great experience.

There are some nice local cafes in Augusta, but a voucher brought me here. It's the sort of place where people from the medical campus come to study board exams, with the seating filled with mostly single individuals with laptops. Service was very friendly for me, and I opted for the most basic of orders, the pumpkin spice chai. For all the hype, the flavoring didn't really blow me away and left a bit of an odd aftertaste. It was definitely a caloric beverage, but I think I could do better. Still, if you just need something within walking distance of the medical complex, it'll do.

This is an update to say how much I LOVE the fall drinks! Anyone who hasn't tried the new apple oat milk latte or the pumpkin chai tea absolutely needs to go try them!

This Starbucks use to be my favorite place, but lately the employees just stand around chit chatting and not acknowledging customers. My order has been wrong the last few times I've been. I go to Starbucks 4 times a week. Am going to try elsewhere now.

Pretty much the same as most Starbucks. The people are friendly, drinks are pretty consistent. It is on the larger side-inside for seating with a nice outdoor area (though it is right next to a busy road).

Quickly became my favorite Starbucks in Augusta, and I am very familiar with every Starbucks Augusta has had. The attitude of all the workers, the upbeat atmosphere, and the sweet note on a bad day are all the reasons why I feel this location is number one!
