I have only been here for 10 minutes and I can tell the difference. The baristas were kind enough to bring the drinks to the guests that were sitting. It was a small gesture, but I think it speaks to the character of the shop.

I've been buying coffee here for over a month, almost every day, because the coffee tastes quite good. Today, like every other day, I ordered one hot coffee and one iced coffee, both in venti cups. But the man gave me a hot coffee that wasn't hot at all. I told him it wasn't hot, and he said it was because I had ordered cold foam on top. But I've been drinking this type of coffee for over a month, and every day it's been hot and the cup has been full. However, the coffee I received today, as shown in the picture, wasn't even half full, yet I still had to pay for a large cup. The man's attitude was very unpleasant when I brought up the problem. I really like the coffee here, but I will never come back because of this terrible experience today.

This is such a great location! The staff are all wonderful to talk to and they take great care of the customers. The store is spotlessly clean every time I visit, and as far as the stores go, this one’s layout is great for spending some extra time. It’s very comfy here. Having traveled extensively for work, both abroad and across the US, this store and its team are, hands-down, the best Starbucks I’ve experienced. Kase, the manager, leads a great group of people and I’ve been a loyal customers for a few years now. I’ll happily keep coming back!

Came in on a slow Sunday morning to get an unopened bag of Starbucks Yukon blend ground up for my wife and they told me I couldn't because I hadn't bought it there. Not sure if they are scared of thieves or something, but company policy is to grind unopened starbucks brand coffee regardless of where its purchased. Going to the one on Washington instead since this location can't be bothered.

My order is right every single time and consistent too (the same order on different days tastes the same - they know what they're doing). Also, my order is almost always ready BEFORE the ETA on the app. This location is always super super clean and organized, and I regularly see them cleaning during my quick visits. The customer supplies (straws, etc) are always fully stocked. The breakfast items I order are always too hot to bite into immediately. The staff are super friendly, and they have a better vibe working at Starbucks than I do when I'm on vacation. I order from here every day (I have a problem lol) and will continue to do so until my therapist finds out about how often I order from here <3

This is the best Starbucks in the Augusta area! My order is always correct & the taste of the coffee is always the most flavorful. The staff is super nice/helpful & the cafe is always clean and cozy! They also have more coffee options than other Starbucks in Augusta!

The absolute best Starbucks location in the Augusta area! I come to this store every Monday morning to start the work week and if I want coffee throughout the remainder of the week or on the weekends, will drive out of my way to come to this location specifically. The store is always clean and the drinks are always great, but the best thing about this location is the staff. Every single interaction I've had since this location opened, has been fantastic! The staff here is so kind. I know every Monday my morning is going to start off better just by walking in to pick up my order!

It's the best location in the afternoon and evening, and the worst location in the morning. I understand that a crew can make a restaurant, and that work is frustrating, but the need to put it on to the customer's just ridiculous.
