Also, my order is almost always ready BEFORE the ETA on the app. This location is always super super clean and organized, and I regularly see them cleaning during my quick visits. The customer supplies (straws, etc) are always fully stocked. The breakfast items I order are always too hot to bite into immediately. The staff are super friendly, and they have a better vibe working at Starbucks than I do when I'm on vacation. I order from here every day (I have a problem lol) and will continue to do so until my therapist finds out about how often I order from here <3

The absolute best Starbucks location in the Augusta area! I come to this store every Monday morning to start the work week and if I want coffee throughout the remainder of the week or on the weekends, will drive out of my way to come to this location specifically. The store is always clean and the drinks are always great, but the best thing about this location is the staff. Every single interaction I've had since this location opened, has been fantastic! The staff here is so kind. I know every Monday my morning is going to start off better just by walking in to pick up my order!

It's the best location in the afternoon and evening, and the worst location in the morning. I understand that a crew can make a restaurant, and that work is frustrating, but the need to put it on to the customer's just ridiculous.

Very friendly and wonderful services on both inside and drive thru too. They are wonderful with Dogs. My Husky loves coming through the drive thru for his pupachino cup. And they are very fast with our order too.

This is by far the best Starbucks in the area, they have amazing service, a wonderful atmosphere, and are very kind and receptive to customer needs. I have come multiple times and all of the employees are equally nice and go above and beyond for each customer and are so lovely to talk to. The place is very clean and plays good music as well. They are also very fast at bringing out orders while not losing quality at all! 10/10 place, would go again

Location was impeccably clean. The counters that were customer facing and behind the bar were organized perfectly, and the staff were beyond welcoming. Every one seemed to WANT to be there. Every other coffee shop I go to will now have to be compared to this one; they’ve definitely made us plan to return.
