This location is a constant let down. Today I ordered two honey citrus mint teas and when I got home, I realized that they did not put the green tea bags in either cups. I tried calling the store and no one would answer.

Went to this Starbucks location several times when I was a student at Augusta University. The location was close to my dormitory, so I didn't have to travel so far. My go to was a iced Mocha Frappuccino and a fruit & cheese plate. Service here was good and wifi was excellent. Overall a nice place to go for a drink and socialization with friends.
This Starbucks was really awesome. I made a short visit because I had to pee, but also had a craving for some iced coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the lady that helped me was able to "read her customer" that she was focusing on (me) to notice that I had to pee. She didn't hesitate to give me the code to the bathroom. She offered it to me, I didn't have to ask. Now that code is.... I'm joking lol, not gonna be "that" girl. But yeah, staff was great, store looked great, I was super impressed. Thank you Gillian! ?

I placed an order through DoorDash for three drinks and a birthday cake pop for my daughter. Upon arrival, the bag was sealed, all three drinks were in the bag, but there was no cake pop. I contacted DoorDash, but I also contacted the Starbucks which I placed the order at. The response from the lady was that they were in a rush and they must’ve forgotten to put it in there. She stated there was nothing that she would do about it that I needed to contact DoorDash. No refund. No option to pick it up. Nothing.
