Came to this Starbucks 1 hour before close and there was no one there. All the lights were on, but not a single worker in sight. I would have thought they would have at least put a sign in the window or something. Strange.

When customers walk in to order and sit down inside the store, please prioritize them. They cared enough to want to walk and sit down to eat and drink inside the store for whatever reason. If the food item is out of stock at 9:30 a.m. be prompt and follow through with the entire order process, ideally before they wait for their drink, and let them know their food item is not available despite charging them for the food. Suggest alternatives or offer a refund before they have to ask for the status of their food item. Customer Service 101. Happy brewing!

Both in house and drive thru experiences here have garnered no complaints from me. The baristas have always been friendly to me and my drinks have never been incorrect. Even if my drink were wrong, because no one is perfect, this staff seems like the crew to make a remake without batting an eye!

Clean and new place, often get orders wrong in the drive thru but they are good about fixing your order which is nice when people don’t hate their jobs and contently fix your order. Tis’ nice.
I went into this Starbucks after having had one of the worst experiences at the local Dunkin Donuts at 3668 Wheeler rd. I usually go to Dunkin for my coffees but after dealing with the server Angi and their unpleasant staff, I said enough is enough and went to Starbucks! They were so accommodating, had amazing customer service, and everything was done with a smile. I greatly appreciated my experience here after such a terrible one at Dunkin Donuts. They made my order to perfection! I felt like they actually wanted to get it right and wanted to listen to the customer. I’m so happy that I stopped in and will definitely be returning! Special shout-out to my servers. Tavaris was my primary server. Brittany made my coffee and Ansley was positive moral and encouraging support. They all were dope had great energy and made me feel all around welcome. Great job Starbucks! You’ve recruited a new customer!

I swear this location makes drinks however they please. Tell them what you want and you will get the opposite of that lol. Drink tasted like straight up dark coffee after I asked for it to be made extra creamy & light.

I'm addicted to the Frappucino caramel crunch . I heard drinkers talk about how delicious it was. And after one sip, I'm hooked on it like an addict on illicit drugs . That's one great addiction though.
