I was disappointed in the size and amount of the bacon, egg & Gouda cheese on 2.5" x 2.5" bun. They don't even prepare or make them in site. The sandwich arrives at the location to be tossed into a microwave. I will never generate business there again.

Do NOT go here I ordered my small children hot chocolate the label said hot chocolate and it was espresso!! I told them they got my drink wrong before I realized the mistake with my kids and they said it’s to close to closing so they can’t help. Not even a refund!! My child has stomach pain and a major headache from the espresso she drank before I noticed. Luckily not all my children had drank theirs yet.

I went to order a drink I’ve always known to be seasonal but wasn’t sure if and when it would be coming out so I asked if it was readily available yet. The barista told me Starbucks never had that drink, with kind of a chuckle, and then asked me what was in it and they could try and make it. I’m no barista so I am not going to be able to explain what’s in the drink with 100% certainty.
So I just said it must have been a long time ago and ordered something else.
It still shows on the Starbucks website when I checked after the fact so I’m assuming it’s just not in season yet or discontinued but it DOES exist. After this experience with this location though, if/when it does come out I will be getting it elsewhere.

I want to file a complaints to the Corporate and tell them that this particular Starbucks by Home Depot located 273 Bobby Jones Expy, Augusta, GA 30907, they have no wifi or they turn off their wifi to get rid of their paying customers who wants to come in and sit down while ordering their coffee. As a result, I stopped coming here for the time being until that wifi situation get resolves. I have been a Starbucks customer since 2003 where it all started in Seattle, Washington and I have never been so dissatisfied at this particular store location. I hope the Corporate who has the power to enable things such as turning on the wifi -get a look at this review and resolve this soon, or they will be losing loyal paying customers which is bad for their business.
I’m definitely a “Starbucks Baby!” and this one’s crew, starting with management and then continuing with the rest of their AMBITIOUS & FANTASTIC Barista Crew this’s my favorite Starbucks ☕️? regardless of dining in, mobile app pick up, or the drive-thru where any one of them have been known to catch me off guard in deep thought and proceed with casually asking if I’d like my normal “this or that!” Sure, they all seem to have the same versed greetings or departure, but MY STARBUCKS ON BOBBY JONES HAVE THAT XTRA MILE AND MORE!! It’s their own thing? Their heart and compassion in actually enjoying themselves and not just being there for the paycheck! I’ve seen them handle the testy comments from customers who lie about not seeing the wait times on their mobile app and then show genuine grace… THIS TEAM DESERVES MUCH LOVE AND MORE PRAISES ☕️?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

For a Starbucks, it’s always on point, pumpkin loaf is still amazing and the service and attention were wonderful.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is ample parking and room indoors for disabled persons to get the wheelchairs around.

I’ve stopped here a couple times over the last week and each time I have asked to use my rewards but to my surprise, the attendant charged my card. Barista continued making other drinks ahead of mine even though the only thing missing was a lid. If you’re hungry and haven’t had any coffee yet, do not visit this location from 7:45am - 8:15am.
