I’ve been going to this Starbucks location for years. This is by far the best location in the Augusta, GA area & probably one of the best anywhere. The staff here is the friendliest & best customer service you’ll find! Busy location, but my drinks are always spot on & you never have to wait long for your order. Great place to meet friends, coworkers, catch up on some work, & a great central location!

I’ve been to this location twice in as many weeks & last weekend went through drive through and got down the road and realized they had given me the wrong, I had to go back to get the correct order and they server could care less. I just left today and had ordered two drinks, different sizes, and the grande had substantially less in the container where the tall was fuller. I brought this to the server who did not care. The store I normally go to on Washington Road has MUCH better customer service. It’s a shame this one is closer to my office. No more bucks during the workday. Update: Order the new Iced Sugar Cookie iced latte & it was watered down and tasteless. I had gotten one for my coworker also and was too embarrassed to give it to them.

New store. Mostly clean (floors & tables not clean as I sit here). Staff is friendly & quick. Nice outdoor shaded area out front. Noise level is high inside and out (traffic). [Update: Currently, it's Aug27, 2017: and after many recent visits, the tables and restrooms are noticeably in top shape. I really enjoy walking into a clean place! The staff is friendly as usual]. [Update: May 16, 2018: I still come here often. Staff: GREAT ! Cleanliness: much improved, and now very clean. One COMPLAINT: the restrooms have locks that have no feedback of being securely locked. Furthermore, they fail from time to time (on me and others). People have walked in while they are in use! Nothing like being caught with your pants down, literally. ] [Update, Oct 2, 2025: this Starbucks is in the best shape I've ever seen it. Very clean. Staff is great. Food presentation is great.

I have gone to several Starbucks in this area and this one is my favorite. They make my drink just right, and the staff is so friendly. I appreciate the fact they even remember me, granted I get the same order every time but it's a genuinely good feeling.
