Some very rude ladies that work the front. No enthusiasm, very blunt, and not helpful. I'm not a big coffee drinker so when I was asking about sizing the lady got very huffy with me and was very frustrated and dismissive when I asked for a medium drink because apparently they have fancy names here. It seems like I was an inconvenience to her. The food is way overpriced for what you get. You get a tiny little pre-made frozen lukewarm item. The drinks are okay but when I pay for extra things I want extra things. It's like they're trying to save on cost or something. On top of that forget about getting anything on time here. I placed an order for a drink and waited almost a half hour for it. They need more employees here. They only have three people working during some of the busiest weekend hours. Always supercrowded and the line takes forever. The mobile order is also difficult to get to because you have to weave through the line and pick it up at a little cart. The floors are sticky and the tables are dirty. The trash cans are always full as well. Constantly having to sift through straws because so many are already open. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever been to hands down.

I tried to call but the phone number wasn’t working so I guess I am leaving a review instead. I ordered oatmeal. Got all the way to work and pulled out my food to eat it and they gave me a container of dried oats. No milk or water in them, I ordered milk but I would have taken water over absolutely nothing. Now I can’t eat it at all. So that’s really disappointing.

It seems like the store is trying to save on ingredients. The drink I ordered barely had any whipped cream on it, and the drink my daughter ordered didn’t have many toppings either. Also, when ordering multiple drinks, it would be better if the staff asked for the size of each drink individually. My daughter wanted a small cup, but the woman who took the order didn’t ask me what size she wanted and just gave her the same size as mine.
And I’m wondering if she didn’t ask for my name because I’m Asian. She didn’t ask for my name at all, so I had to wait at the pick-up area without knowing which drink was mine

Make sure the coffee isn't dripping coffee all over your clothes, stated I had an issue and still had to pay for another cup of the same exact drink. $20 bucks for one coffee is never okay.

They seem to be working out kinks within their store. I say this because everytime I go there’s somebody there doing maintenance or either boxes of Starbucks items out in the store. Items that need to be put out on the shelves. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and they’ve never messed that up. BUT one time I ordered plain iced coffee with sugar only and it was so nasty I spit it out and through it away. So I wouldn’t recommend any of there regular coffees at this location. Just stick with the mixed drinks and you should be fine.
Vegetarian options: They have cheese bites and egg bites. They also have wraps and different coffees to order.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of space inside with chairs and table to sit at. Every kid friendly menu items like the cake pop.
Parking: You have to park in the PX parking lot and walk inside. Watch out for retirees when in the parking lot they speed and don’t pay attention to pedestrians.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They have wheelchair seating right as you walk in and a very open floor plain.
Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of options for every diet type…including vegan.
