Make sure the coffee isn't dripping coffee all over your clothes, stated I had an issue and still had to pay for another cup of the same exact drink. $20 bucks for one coffee is never okay.

They seem to be working out kinks within their store. I say this because everytime I go there’s somebody there doing maintenance or either boxes of Starbucks items out in the store. Items that need to be put out on the shelves. I usually order a White Chocolate Mocha and they’ve never messed that up. BUT one time I ordered plain iced coffee with sugar only and it was so nasty I spit it out and through it away. So I wouldn’t recommend any of there regular coffees at this location. Just stick with the mixed drinks and you should be fine.
Vegetarian options: They have cheese bites and egg bites. They also have wraps and different coffees to order.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of space inside with chairs and table to sit at. Every kid friendly menu items like the cake pop.
Parking: You have to park in the PX parking lot and walk inside. Watch out for retirees when in the parking lot they speed and don’t pay attention to pedestrians.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. They have wheelchair seating right as you walk in and a very open floor plain.
Dietary restrictions: They have a variety of options for every diet type…including vegan.
Drink was full of plastic pieces every sip. Absurdly dangerous, idk how that happens.

Unfortunately, the staff is still a concern. They have made some improvements but some of their attitudes are an issue. You can feel how much hate they have for their job from the moment you walk in, it's written on their face. It's not a comfortable location to visit. The disgusted look and or glares almost always happen when you add something extra to your drink. It occurs with the same people and it doesn't matter what time you go in. Overall, a lot of their behavior and attitudes are unacceptable and down right disrespectful.The drinks are a hit or miss. Either it's good or it's really bad. There's no in-between. They run out of things often and don't always add the changes you ask for to your drink. They may also serve their friend first even if you were ahead of them.On the plus side the location is clean.Personally, if there was another location to go to, I would go to that one over this. They have a lot they need to improve on, mainly with their staff.

I’ve been a regular customer here for close to 2 1/2 years and after my interactions this morning, I give up on this location. The amount of disrespect and audacity some of this staff has to be rude and act as requesting a straw is such a disservice to them is ridiculous. One day I’m treated with hellos and the next day Im a complete and total bother to them just walking up to place my order.
