Changing my review since only 1 out of the last 5 times I have placed a digital online order, has it been correct. Very frustrating. Becoming like every other fast food place where you have to open up the bags and sandwiches before you leave to make sure correct. I always even provide tips when I order in the hopes workers will appreciate it but I guess they are like all other fast food employees. Just there to get a paycheck and that's it. It wasn't even busy. No other customers there.

My daughter last day today, she will not get talked to like she is a piece of trash by a manager just because she is having car trouble. She is a senior in high school and has other things to focus on than a manager that talks about her out loud on the phone in front of her. Also they have 16 and 17 year old closing the store isn’t this a violation of some kind .Also my child has had somebody watching her but they didn’t care about that all her safety was not important all they cared about is making sales and not protecting their workers.

Honestly don't even bother at this location. I've never received the correct item, if it's supposed to be toasted it's ice cold, toppings are not correct or forgotten, if you put less sauce they drown the sandwich in sauce, if you put normal amount of sauce theres almost none. The latest screw up was they took two sandwiches, had the right meat and cheese but swapped the toppings and out incorrect toppings on wrong sandwiches. We order ahead in the app as it's more convenient for us and our schedules, it's only me and my husband. How they manage to find a new way to screw up every time baffles me. I've reached out multiple times using the subway website and my order numbers and all I get told is "we will pass along this info". Obviously not for it to keep happening. We used this location over others because others aeem to always be out of stock of half of their items but it's just too many mistakes here now. Not asking for mountains to be moved, just learn how to read directions on the receipt you tape to the sub wrapper! Why spend the time customizing a sub for then to not do it?

Everytime I go to subway bout 7 at night they always got everything put up and u have a limit on what u can get and of course they already turn the toaster of so they put your sub in the microwave.. I got get a chicken back ranch sub tonigbt and she waits till aftwr shebmakes my sub to tell me they out of ranch .. I hatethis subway
