I just grabbed a late lunch from this location near my office and when I saw all the doors were open wide I did not think it was because the area has been enjoying a ten degree dip in the high temperatures. The staff were still pleasant and I had forgotten how to access the QR on my app to pay at the completion of my order so on the fly I placed the order, in house, and the gift card payment was received with ease.

This is the best subway service Ive ever received. The two ladies in here were so nice and the serving area was super clean
I came in ordering the mexicali, made a mistake on the cheese and had to repeat myself on not want ing the cheese 4 times after I had said I was wrong and didn't want it. I was asked what kind of bread I asked for Flatbread and she put it on Italian and only had 1/3 of the toppings available behind the counter. Neither were listening both acted dazed and confused and made my food wrong, very dissapointed with this visit

Newly renovated store in the hospital area of augusta off Walton way. It appears they have good management at this store and they should do well. The menu has changed slightly from what It used to be, but it's mainly the same great product. I do like the fact that they send coupons in the mail which helps out when you are feeding a family.
Parking: Small area to park.
Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome if they are on leash.
