Got all the way back home and notice the bread was stale and really crumble down as if the bread was sitting out to long.i never had this to ever happen to me since I been going there for the last few years

Horrible experience and I've only ever been there once. I've ordered the warm meatball sandwich and the workers left my food sitting out in the cold on a metal tray. You would have thought it was placed in a refrigerator and then the white lady who works there had an attitude because I've told her it was cold and I was just going to ask for a refund but instead, she made me a new meatball sub sandwich and the whole time she had an attitude and was saying things about me as I was leaving out the store & why this location doesn't have warmers to keep orders warm for customers to pick up, is beyond me. Do better subway !

Employees are rude and don’t greet or acknowledge you. I don’t mind waiting to be served, but at least say “hey how are you, just give me a minute” I’ve worked in food service for years it’s really not that hard

Placed an order at the wrong location but employee stated refund cannot be done because they made the food already. It took 9 tries and I finally got someone. I wish they had a better refund policy. Now I have to contact my bank for $7….

This store would fail a secret shop. There’s no reason I order subs 3 different times and all times they’re not toasted. I even called after selecting toasted on the bread option and putting special instructions. The GM or manger really needs to see why sandwiches can’t be toasted when it comes to an online order.

Ordered online and went to pick up my food and was told there was no cheese. They were making my order and they had forgot the marinara and added that after the sandwich was made. Also were told they were out of pickles. The lady behind the counter was very rude. If I hadn’t already paid for the sandwich which looks absolutely gross I would have just left without the sandwich! Would not recommend this store to anyone and I will not be going back!

Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. The ingredients were fresh, and she skillfully put together the perfect combination of flavors. Great service paired with delicious food—I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
