Me & a friend of mind came to subway yesterday around 7 or 8 the girl greet us but we had to wait cause she was doing a online order she was on the line by herself the boy was on the phone & walking back & forth she was calling him for help cause more people was coming in then he stated that he don’t get payed enough for this blank. So I will be informing the district manager she is a good friend my mines & have known her for many years

The management is absolutely terrible. Very rude don’t spend y’all money here just because you at the hospital take the trip to McDonalds.
Anyone else to spend it with people who treat you horribly because they don’t care because there miserable working for cheap pay….Hey corporate help or shut them down please do something to fix. This place Subway needs to improve its services and pricing transparency. An employee manager who whoever she is from last night(6/23/2026) was on phone with a another worker saying bad things about the store saying.This place needs to but shut down it don’t make any sense all the workers rude except two of them.

The four individuals working have to be the slowest workers known to man. I practically stood in my entire 30 minute lunch break in line for one sandwich. There’s absolutely no sense of urgency at all & nobody speaks to the customers. I was just stared at until I ordered my sandwich.

06/01/25 @8:00 pm door was locked but they were open, had to wait 10min to be allowed inside, staff was very unprofessional back counter was dirty and when the guy dropped food on it he picked it up and tossed it back in with the clean food, All the toppings looked messy with cheese in with the tomatoes lettuce in with the meat extra, and when the guy dropped me at on floor he picked it up and played with it before walking in to the back to throw it away, and came back with the same glo

Horrible customer service, waited at the front for 8 minutes without a word, lil buddy fixed the online sandwich still nothing 2 other girls up front picking stickers cookies nothing, I had to ask can I place a order smh, sir I'll be right with you goes a long way dam! Simple customer service !!

Ordered through DoorDash a footlong flatbread, a footlong steak and cheese sub and 6” steak and cheese sub. Ordered double meat. What I received was the footlong flatbread and 2 6” subs with light meat. Mainly lettuce and sauce.
