Ordered through DoorDash a footlong flatbread, a footlong steak and cheese sub and 6” steak and cheese sub. Ordered double meat. What I received was the footlong flatbread and 2 6” subs with light meat. Mainly lettuce and sauce.

Better so I had only 30$ and paid using my phone when I scanned it they told me only 2$ came off which was not true so basically by the time the I was done I was charged 2 times for the same sandwich and was going to be charged a 3rd time, and still showed as I had a balance I ask for a receipt she said we don’t have one and I ask for a supervisor they said no one is here so at that point how can you do business there if you can get overcharged and no one will do anything about it basically instead of being robbed on the street I got robbed trying to give a business money so I can eat dude I love subway but I’ve been another location it’s the same…time to close this business too,

seems employee have not long been educated for hygiene and couple of my colleges had diarrheas' from eating food here. hope no one has to eat here , as they have the monopoly of being among the only 2 options available here for staff and patients companion. the nightmare of bad attitude of employee here and lack of good customer service especially the manger level is above and beyond.
I walked in to get something for myself and my sick daughter, but the 2 workers spent more time on their phones than attending to me. After one stopped pouring sauce into a bottle, I was asked what I wanted (no greeting) and when I said I wanted a wrap she walked off, only for another employee to walk to the front, wash her hands, then return to the area to be on her phone.
Unprofessional.
Horrible service.
I don't even understand why these 2 girls even have a job they were very dismissive.

I went to the subway this afternoon because it is located by university thinking service would be particularly well. However, the black girl with a braided bun, and the black male who started his shift in the evening on sunday treated me horribly. The wait time was horrible. It took me 30-45 minutes to get two subs, because they kept making other orders ahead of me instead of the people who had been waiting for god knows who long. The black male also didn’t listen to me at all and tried to toast my sandwiches without asking me, and not even asking me if my sub was done. The. proceeded to tell me when i tried to tell him this, “Hold on i’m trying to figure out what is going on.” And proceeded to ask the girl in there who sub it was, which i tried to tell him. I will not be giving my service to this subway anymore until the coworkers learn to be more respectful and polite. They need to be fired or straightened up immediately. My whole experience was ridiculous!! ?

I've been coming in here every weekend X6 months. There are two constants: One, the short thin mid 30's black girl is ALWAYS immediately annoyed & short tempered. Two, if I ask for "a little bit of mayo" she's gonna empty the whole mayo bottle into my sandwich. I've been polite and overly generous every single time I go in there, to no effect (I always tip 5 to 10 dollars). Well, I'm done, I'll go somewhere else from now on. I know a dozens of other staff in my hospital that feel EXACTLY the same way about her.

The worst in customer service, the worst in timely service, this place is horrible and they need to get replace it altogether or do an overhaul of the establishment. No management is available and the workers are childish and immature. My online order was somehow cancelled when I was tracking my order, my money was taken, mind you I only have a 30 minute lunch, anc it takes 10 mins to walk there from within the hospital. There was nothing the could do, left hungry and loss of funds.
