The young woman at the counter was very welcoming and courteous with an upbeat vibe (nicest) that you don’t get a lot now a days in the fast food industry. Only drawback was they don’t carry honey oat bread anymore (favorite) and there’s not much to choose from drink wise. And of course my favorite (Dr Pepper) they were out of.

the ladies we spoke to tonight were SO SO sweet, carried on a conversation with us as they were making some of the best subway i’ve had in a long time. i really value employees like these 2 women!!! how sweet!!!!!!

I spoke to ALEX on Saturday, 9/16/24 at the 2834 Washington Rd Subway. I ordered the Subway Sandwich Platter that includes 5 sandwiches. I was ordering hot sandwiches so Alex said he would make them when I arrived after church so that they would still be warm when I got to the party. When I arrived Sunday, he had all the vegetables on the side. I asked if I could order an additional meatball sub just to be sure there was enough. Alex proceeded to prepare my subs as I ran next door to Publix to pickup the birthday cake for the 50th football birthday party I was bringing the food to. When we got to the party, there was 2 -2 “ pieces of meat on most sandwiches . The rest was bread . Alex was so nice and so accommodating that I gave him a $10 tip. So my bill for these lame subs was $88. I feel so taken advantage of. If I stood over him and watched him make these sandwiches I would have insisted there be more meat. I trusted him. As it turns out, the number listed on subways web site is Alex’s cell phone. So as I have tried to call him the last two days to discuss this, he does not answere. As I let it continue to ring, it said this wireless caller can not be reached.

Ordered on uber eats on Wednesday June 19th around 9pm. 6 inch tuna. It was packaged fine, delivery driver actually read instructions on how to find my place, everything was going good. Until I bit into the sandwich. I don't know who made it or was on shift, but why on earth would you heat TUNA? I selected the bread to be toasted, that means only the bread and cheese. I get that most of their other meats are usually toasted, but NOT TUNA! That's just disgusting. Tuna is not to be toasted! Common freaking sense! Or at least you'd think so, but apparently not.
Washington Rd location was super fresh. Paid for a lady whose card wouldn't work.

If there were no stars that's what they would get. Terrible!!! I ordered for delivery on the app at 645pm I get a call at 730 from a door dash driver asking if I received my order I said no I heard the workers in the background saying it was already picked up I told the driver no it wasn't he apologized and said ok they're making it now about a half hour goes by I get a text from the driving apologizing again that he is still waiting I said ok it's not your fault. When I finally got my order almost an hour n 45 mins later of course it wasn't right. I specifically wrote in the order no mayo, lettuce or onions on the ham n cheese but of course nobody listened. NEVER ORDERING OR GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!! THE ONLY 1 I GIVE 5 STARS TO IS THE DOOR DASH DRIVER PRECIOUS. THANK YOU PRECIOUS!!!

I come here from time to time. My sandwich was good. However, they didn't have onions out. There were two men working one said I am about to cut up onions. Well, instead of doing what he said he was going to do he goes off to empty trash cans and ignores that there are customers that want onions. He then comes back to the kitchen and still ignores what he said he was going to do. Finally after 10 mins. pass by the other guy tells him to bring onions he does. I also ordered the pretzel. It was not good, it was hard and not easy to to chew. Not worth $3. I had to ask for the dipping sauce, because they forgot to give it to me.

We visit this location often and this was definitely the best experience we’ve had. We placed on online order and it was ready promptly. Our sandwiches were made wonderfully and the young man working was by himself. He was very pleasant and very professional and even went as far as to write on our receipt, which sandwich had which sticker. Very much appreciated.
Wonderful staff brought a big smile to my face 😊 I hope they give the woman up front a raise
