I come here from time to time. My sandwich was good. However, they didn't have onions out. There were two men working one said I am about to cut up onions. Well, instead of doing what he said he was going to do he goes off to empty trash cans and ignores that there are customers that want onions. He then comes back to the kitchen and still ignores what he said he was going to do. Finally after 10 mins. pass by the other guy tells him to bring onions he does. I also ordered the pretzel. It was not good, it was hard and not easy to to chew. Not worth $3. I had to ask for the dipping sauce, because they forgot to give it to me.

We visit this location often and this was definitely the best experience we’ve had. We placed on online order and it was ready promptly. Our sandwiches were made wonderfully and the young man working was by himself. He was very pleasant and very professional and even went as far as to write on our receipt, which sandwich had which sticker. Very much appreciated.

This location makes the best subs, hands-down. They make their subs with care and their toppings are never piled sloppy or wet. In addition, their customer service is wonderful. Handling the money and preparingthe food without washing your hands and putting fresh bread in the oven with gloves use the same gloveswithout switching for new ones to make the sandwiches . He is sweating and use the upper arm shirt to wipe his face. He multil tasking by his self without staff he is the only one working and then he is the owner of that subway

7:18pm the lady at the subway refused to serve me. She stated she was texting her boss when I came in that’s why she wasn’t up front. I greeted her and then started telling her what I wanted on my sandwich because she asked. Then we literally got into it about bacon. She asked did I want my sandwich toasted, I responded back with no just the bacon warmed. She then got mad because she said I didn’t tell her I wanted a number 16. She then walks off into the back and refused to serve me. She is an older women with no teeth in her mouth. Rotten teeth

I went in Subway to order a sandwich, it was made good. When I went to paid the gift card was declined. I went to my car and call the subway phone number. My gift card had a balance of 25.00, so I went back inside and spoke with one of the worker, showed her the gift card balance, she tried and still declined. The work went to ask another other worker to see if she could help, she stated what am I supposed to do. I was not please with this response. I will not go to this location again. She was very rude.
Was a HUGE Subway fan until today. For the 1st time in YEARS my bread was stale. Lettuce, pickles and tomatoes were far from fresh and meat to everything else was "skimpy". Just last week I got the same sandwich in CT and it was FANTASTIC.Subway Washington Rd Augusta GA...never again. Waste of time and money.

Rude employee lied in my face on the phone saying she will call me back due to a delivery driver stealing my food I just asked for my money back she stated that she didn’t know how to do refunds and she said she will call her boss and see how to do it I’ve been waiting still no call back so I called subway back and guess what the phone keeps going to voicemail !! Therefore she turned off the phone don’t give your money to these lazy people if they aren’t doing their job you shouldn’t pay them anything to put coins in their pockets !!! Oh yeah and just in case corporate comes across this review idk her name but I called 08/14/2023 at 7:30 pm so she was working this day and time hope y’all take her off the schedule ❤️
