Arrived on 2/4 at approx 115PM women worker made a cold cut trio wrong, decided to blame it on me rudely in front of manager. Tried to charge me an added charged. Manager does not know how to lead or correct her behavior. Many customers were disturbed by their incompetence and poor customer service. The trainee was being harassed by his trainer the same women that was rude to me. Workplace harassment should be investigated., manager demoted and the women worker fired! A proper trainer should train this new employee. Unbelievable!

Please do not order a delivery service with the store. They outsource to DoorDash and when something is wrong you get the run around from both the store and DoorDash. DoorDash did eventually give a refund. The store however was completely unhelpful, their on only option to correct the situation was to drive to the store with the food which defeats the entire delivery option. Beware

I got exactly what I ordered and it was very good. I was disappointed that the soda machine was down and only offered orange soda. Staff were ok.

Most of the reviews are accurate they’re quite unprofessional . The wife and I walked in about 4oclock on a Sunday the young lady in there immediately started rushing us so she could go sit at the table with her friends . Completely acted like we were inconveniencing her . Would not recommend

After purchasing my order, I asked my clerk for my meal because she was working on the next group of customers. To this she told me that she was almost done with them. I informed her that it was a separate order entirely that she was working on and I asked if I could please get my meal since I had already paid for it. Apparently she wasn't hearing that. It took another clerk coming by to hand me my items

Sorry but this place is always disgusting everytime I come. The sandwich board is always dirty and messy with food everywhere. Workers are nice but this place seriously needs to be cleaned or an inspection needs to be done. I walked in to order and walked back out because I’m not eating from anywhere that doesn’t look sanitary.

What inside Subway at 3233 Augusta Georgia and the manager was rude she didn't even put anything on the sandwich I said can you put a little bit more for an example black olives onions and so on and she got really nasty with me
