I had a phenomenal experience visiting this Subway! Diamond greeted me at the door and actually small talked with me. She listened to my order and actually cared about the presentation of the sub . Diamond was the epitome of customer service as well as quality ! Thank you so much and I will definitely come back and visit this Subway

I used to come to this Subway all the time for salads, but I’m done. The employees now refuse to cut up the tomatoes and cucumbers — something they’ve always done before. When I asked why, they said, “It’s not required.” That’s lazy, unprofessional, and flat-out ridiculous. Clearly management or ownership made this call, and it proves they don’t care about customers anymore. Cutting a couple of vegetables takes seconds, but they’d rather lose loyal customers than bother. I’ll be making sure all my hospital coworkers and nursing school peers know to stay far away from this place. You’ve officially lost a lot more than just one customer.

I walked in and and the only dude up front says “she making me clock out someone will be with you in a minute” as he proceeds to make his own sandwich ? No how are you, no greeting or nothing. Two people standing in the back doing nothing while me and another man behind me are just a waiting, then when the girl finally comes up she’s got a attitude, didn’t double toast how I asked them too, lord I could’ve cussed them out. Avoid ! One in evans is WHERE IT IS

The rudest employee I have ever had contact with at a subway. She didn't feel like doing her job so she waited until close to cancel my order, after calling me 5 minutes before they close and being upset that I wanted what I ordered.

Every soda in the machine was completely flat. I tried to tell the white lady which I guess is the manager that and she gone tell me it wasn't and I sat there and tried all the damn sodas. I asked Could I get a bottle and was told no. I end up having to get a tea i didn't want and that was even giving out. I had to go pay extra at another store. I will not be visiting them again

Took forever to START on my order. I was in a hurry but didn't make it known because I understand that's not their problem. But after being in the store 5-8 min without my order not being started I had to leave without finishing my order.

I asked for a subway club with no ham (the sandwich comes with roast beef, turkey, and ham by default). They basically told me I was required to pay more for this order than the subway club, which makes no sense

Ordered online. Arrived order wasn’t ready! Husband picked up order for me and when he got home we only had 1/2 subs and I ordered combos. I was pissed!
